Great service and beautiful jewellery
The customer service was exemplary. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, which wasn't readily available. They were prepared to make it and sent samples of different chains to choose from. I was promised delivery by Christmas in spite of missing the order deadline. True to their word, my jewellery arrived on the 23rd. I am so pleased with both necklace and earrings.

Such beautiful jewellery
I found Alba Rose online and was impressed with their selection of ashes jewellery. I chose a morganite murano glass with a cherish pendant. It arrived after 20 days and I am so pleased with it, the quality is outstanding. Thank you so much for making such a special piece of jewellery.

Outstanding service, communication and highly recommended
The service, communication and specialism from Ryan was outstanding, he was very patient with me, as I had just had a bad experience with another jewellers. I requested a specific colour of glass and Ryan literally created this colour and posted me 2 samples to choose from, with speckles in them so I could see what the ashes would look like. Ryan is a credit to his profession and highly recommend this company. I would give them more stars if I could

I purchased the charm bead containing…
I purchased the charm bead containing my husbands ashes. The service received was excellent, speedy and dignifide from ordering of the kit through to receiving the finished item. The bead is absolutely gorgeous and arrived beautifully presented along with certificate of authenticity. Welll worth the money and highly recommended.
