Expressing immense gratitude to the incredible team at Ablin International Repatriation is simply beyond words.In August 2017, my youngest sister, Rozi Sakhi, traveled to Pakistan with family, where she unfortunately passed away after suffering a brain hemorrhage, compounded by the absence of medical insurance and inadequate healthcare facilities.She was scheduled for burial on August 26, but the idea of leaving her there alone was unbearable. Thankfully, the dedicated team at Albin International Repatriation worked tirelessly, ensuring she returned home to Southampton just days after her passing.The amazing volunteers at Medina and Abu Bakar mosques, especially brother Azad and Khan, made it possible for Rozi to have a traditional Muslim funeral and burial in her beloved hometown, Southampton, where she spent the last 12 joyful years of her life. Now she rests in one of her cherished spots, a place of serene walks.My deepest thanks to everyone who helped bring Rozi back home. While on vacation, my partner passed away, and the insurance company engaged this international funeral agent. Unfortunately, their performance was appalling, with a complete absence of empathy. I had to follow up consistently to expedite the repatriation process. They frequently neglected to return my calls as assured. The communication from their team was shockingly poor, reducing the process to merely moving a package. The local agent they employed was equally inept, mixing up the destination with a case bound for Australia instead of England. This made a difficult and painful situation even more unbearable.

My husband died suddenly last September. The service from Albin was outstanding. They were incredibly compassionate and extremely efficient. They made the most horrific experience of my life a lttle easier to cope with. Thank you to your wonderful staff in France.

My friend passed away in London, and all his family lives in Brazil. I had to handle everything, and thankfully, Albin was recommended to me. An angel named Helena guided me through the initial process, quotes, documents... Besides handling the bureaucracy, Helena showed the empathy and kindness that many places lack. Albin international repatriation was amazing. My dad died abroad and the English offices managed to mess up the death certificate. Without their help I'd be absolutely lost, especially Ms. Beatriz Watts. She guided me through all the steps and went above and beyond to fix all the problems with the bureaucracy, she even did stuff she didn't have to to make sure my family is reunited with my late father. My youngest sister Rozi Sakhi went to Pakistan with family members in August 2017, but tragically died after a brain hemorrhage, no medical insurance, lack of care and poor medical facilities.

She was to be buried there on 26th August but I couldn't bear the thought of her being left there all alone. Thankfully with the help of the most amazing people at Albin International Repatriation who worked tirelessly day and night to bring her home, my sister arrived in Southampton within a few days of her passing.

Thanks to the amazing volunteers at Medina and Abu Bakar mosques in Southampton, especially brother Azad and Khan, Rozi had a traditional Muslim funeral and burial in her home town, where she loved living for the last 12 years of her life. She is now resting in one of her favorite places in Southampton, where she enjoyed peaceful walks.

My partner died whilst we were on holiday. This "international funeral agent" was used by the insurance of my partner. They were dreadful throughout, showing a total lack of compassion. I had to chase them every step of the way to ensure a quick repatriation. They regularly failed to call me back as promised. The way the staff spoke to me was utterly dreadful, making the process seem like a logistical transfer of a parcel. The local agent they used was just as bad, confusing the cases with one to Australia as opposed England. Farcical and made an horrible, painful experience only worse.
