Accommodating and their tour package in Armenia was worth thr money you pay. They provide very good accommodation and nice english speaking tour guide.

amazing service went to makkah and medinah for umrah and religious reasons was really cheap useful and there was jo waits for zirath booked us the best hotels for each city for cheap prices.i would defo buy one of their packages again .i highly reccomend this

Mismanagement from start to finish very bad service, not organised at all...

Truth is that they are really incompetent. They have thier friends writing good reviews.
They make you wait for hours for transport at the airport and for zirats.
They provide cold food with flies sitting on it. They provide chape hotel rooms with bed bags. This is the only group where so many fights took place. Father Bukhari and son Raza both are not easy people to talk to about complaints. This is the worst group I have ever gone with. I have been to Iraq 5 times. They are so unorganised. The only thing they care about is taking the jaloos to harm. If you are going with family and children please don't go with them. If you want just a room then this is your group. Also they claim they they are cheap, they are not £1,800 I paid for a cheap room, cold food, and no zirat trips.

Their car rental service is best and their cars are 100 percent mechanically fit. They are averagely expensive in the city but they are professional people. Had car on rent with them many times always been happy they never try to rip you off on the return of vehicle they never said oh that scratches wasn't there before like some other scumbags rental try to charge you some extra money by laying. I'll prefer them 100 percent. Once I rented a car from them and tyres condition I wasn't happy about and they change all 4 tyres there and then if you want a hassle free car on rent go to them you won't be disappointed.

I beg u to please not to travel and waste ur miney from Bukhari Travel BTTS as they will keep u in hassle from 6:30 they took out us from the roomof Makkah for Madina at 9 pm the bus came and we arrived at madina at 2 pm since that time we are waiting for the room in fasting. And the head here is so much rude and such a big liar no management at all
