Pleasure dealing with Christian again in our regular quarterley review

James and Paula successfully transferred various pensions into a SIPP following my move to the USA. This had more hurdles than I anticipated, but Paula kept the momentum going and James offered good and fair advice appropriate for my situation.

Jeff White has provided me with support for the past three years, always working extremely professionally and efficiently. He and Paula Morris are always responsive, dealing with any issues quickly. Although some of the processes involved in changing funds can take a long time, they are always on the ball and chase up where necessary. They have also recommended a varied fund portfolio that has performed relatively well, considering the current economic scenario. I am much happier with them than I was with my previous management company, which chose expensive pension product providers that yielded very little return. I would certainly recommend Alexander Peter to any expats in Spain looking for sound financial planning and reliable investment advice.

The team talked me through the process and advised me of the stages involved and some of the painful admin that lay ahead.

They were very clear about information that would be required from me and about the interactions I would need to have with institutions. Crucially, when the institutions were slow the team helped me chase them down in a productive.

Throughout the process the team was kind, relatable and responsive.

Fabulous support and advice throughout the process. They were able to guide me through consolidating a variety of UK pensions into a single solution thus making tracking and tax paperwork so much simpler. All the heavy lifting and paperwork was primarily undertaken by the team made things super easy for me.

This was almost a 2 year process for me! Starting working with one person who left the company and didn't let me know. Simon picked up the reigns and was so very helpful, extremely patient and stayed on track with everything, explaining everything so I could understand. He even followed up on a regular basis to check I was ok! The length of time to complete everything was all do to with the Insurance Companies not wanting to release my funds, Simon was a great support, assuring me it would work out in the end ... and he was right! Would certainly recommend this company in a heart beat!

I originally contacted Alexander Peter Wealth Management for pension and investment advice having moved from the UK to Spain. I was more or less completely oblivious to the issues relating to existing investments I had in UK having moved to Spain, but Jeff White was extremely helpful in explaining the details to me and provided clear solutions to move forward. I have been well informed throughout the process of re-investing by both Jeff and Paula Morris, who are always very quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. I would highly recommend anyone who requires clarification or information on investments following relocation to Spain to at least have a consultation.

Transferred all of my pensions out of UK after receiving very detailed advice. The process was particularly protracted due to my pension providers making things unnecessarily difficult. AWPM, despite the frustrations, were very professional and fantastic to deal with. India Lambourne stood out as being fabulous with all the admin and Jeff White is very easy to deal with. No nonsense, just common-sense and appropriate advice without any pressure to do anything that doesn’t match your risk profile.
