I can only talk about Paul Griffiths who has looked after my portfolio for many years since we left the UK to move to France. He took the time to understand my attitude to risk and has subsequently always respected it. At times if a proposition seems a bit too out of my comfort zone he does have a back-up strategy to hand. I find him personable and always approachable but most importantly he does his utmost to find the correct solution for my portfolio.

Georgie and Claire were professional but fun. They kept chasing those who were hindering the transfer process with a dogged determination and kept me informed of their progress at every step. That said, it felt like I was working with friends, who truly had my best interests at heart. You need people like this by your side when you are making major money decisions.

I have been working with John Parsons and Elena Ryan for probably the best part of a year now. I was contacted by Alexander Peter and Jeff White, who are obviously talking to each other as that confusion was quickly sorted. (Already that was a great sign).
Jeff and his team did some investigative work on an offshore pension that I have to answer alot of questions that pension fund was not answering to me. It turned out that Jeff and Alexander Peter were not the right partners for my particular situation and told me so right away. However Jeff did spend considerable time educating me on what I might do and with his foreign collaborators provided some direction. It was a very good experience for me, but not much in it for Jeff unfortunately.
Given that experience, I will certainly call him should my situation change. It was a great experience to deal with a competent professional who was confident to know when to seek extra help and not give me a pressure or inappropriate sales talk while knowing that he would only get kudos for his reputation and no contract from me.

Elena was friendly and professional and talked us through the various options available. The paperwork to comply with the money laundering was tiresome and frustrating but Elena was helpful throughout.
