I needed to consolidate my UK pensions for accessing in Spain. I looked around for advisors and spoke to Paul and have now concluded the transfer process, which has also been followed up by India Lambourne. The process went well, and I thought both Paul and India provided good and timely answers for me.

Robin Norton was extremely helpful to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and detailed in his approach and deliverables. He helped my wife and I navigate situations that were signficantly more complex than we first imagined, especially given we had defined contribution, defined benefit, and retirement annuity accounts, and no UK bank account or other UK presence. He was patient in helping us understand the various options that were available to us and the known costs and benefits to each, allowing us to make our own decision and not feel "sold to" at any point. I'm also grateful to Robin for highlighting a number of tax and social security considerations that we were not previously aware of - so while not offering tax advice (appropriately) it made us aware of where we might benefit from a professional tax adviser.
