Last year Dorothy had reason to change some of her products to another provider. As this was a little unique process it involved completing considerable amount of forms and providing quite a bit of information as obviously the provider did not want her to change. Paul and his team Nicole, Georgie and Nicola held our hands throughout this process and were always there to answer any of our questions and assist us complete many forms for us. I didn't know APWM but reached out to them through LinkedIn as I had been considering consolidating and moving my multiple UK Pension products to a single US based product for a while.
