Extremely disappointed with Alexander Wang’s customer service. I emailed regarding an urgent issue with my order and did not receive a response for three days. During that time, I called customer service multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone.
Because I could not get any help, I was forced to contact UPS myself and pay an additional fee to have my package held. This situation could have been easily avoided with timely support.
For a brand at this level, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and inability to handle urgent matters shows a serious need for improvement. I hope the company takes customer service more seriously going forward.
Disappointing quality and experience
I purchased a tracksuit a year ago and the hoody has come away. They weren’t interested in offering a fixture or looking into it. Unfortunately I can’t wear it and the price tag was £700 for the set which doesn’t sit right with me.
I only buy from them as I love their cotton tracksuits, they usually wash and wear so well. I find their customer service ignorant and really off putting.

Refund is take forever! I returned an unfited item of my recent order , and never got a refund. Item was received by AW centre on 14th Jul, and after 10 days I received the return confirmation email, but until now no refund appears to my account yet. Already initiated a dispute with Paypal to help get my refund back. Don't buy from AW, otherwise you won't get your refund.
£580 shoes sent for repair came back the same
Only worn shoes few times the heels started to come off the base of shoes. I was told they can't do anything about it. After pushing they agreed to send sheos for repair and agreed to pay return charges. One shoe came back the same. I get no response back from customer services Christopher and left with having a pay £238 to DHL. Alexanderwang is not a luxury brands. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND

I returned an item that was only tried on and never worn. They refused the refund, claiming it had a “bad smell” and was marked which is completely untrue and frankly offensive.
Their customer service has been dismissive and unprofessional throughout. After looking into it further, it’s clear that many others have had similar experiences.
Save yourself the time and frustration — this brand is not worth it. I’ll never shop with them again and I’ll be warning others wherever I can.

No response from company for over a week after I placed an order. I paid for priority shipping and still waiting after 9 days when it said 2nd day air delivery. Not very good customer service.

Very disappointed with my experience with Alexander Wang.
I purchased a pair of jeans for €900, featuring decorative rhinestones on the back. After just three weeks of normal wear, several rhinestones had already fallen off.
I reached out to customer service requesting a refund or exchange, but they dismissed the issue as
"normal wear and tear" - which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.
They only offered an 8-week repair, with no guarantee that more rhinestones won't fall off.
This is not what you expect from a so-called luxury brand. Poor product quality and an unhelpful, dismissive customer service experience.
If you're looking for quality and after-sales support, l suggest avoiding this brand.
Expensive product, obvious defect, terrible service.
Beware luxury buyers, trash quality
Beware luxury buyers! I got patent leather boots, and they start to rip on top, after only a few times I wore them. This is sooooo disappointing, for the price I paid, the quality is not acceptable. Reading the reviews about customer service, oh, I won’t hold my breath. I was gonna call them and address the issue, but I see in the worst case scenario I’d have to take them to local shop to get fixed after 4 times of wear. Never spending my money with Wang again, total trash.

For such a HUGE brand its appalling their lack of customer service. I returned an item worth hundreds of dollars, and had not yet seen a refund. Theres never anyone to answer phones or emails and the chat is a bot.
First and last time EVER ordering from this ridiculous company. Will never order ever ever again . EVER! My only option is to get the money back from my bank

I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas present one day before their Christmas shipping policy came into place. The shoes were £600+
My mistake, I ordered a size 36 instead of a size 39.
On the 2nd January I tried to return them as I wanted to get the correct size, I was advised that I couldn't as I was outside of their 14 day policy. I explained my predicament and was told to send photo's of the shoes and they would pass to their returns department.
I then received an email to say that the shoes could not be returned as they had been worn and were damaged!! They could see by the photos that the shoes had never been worn so I disputed this.
After an awful lot of correspondence in which they state their QA/QC policy is to film the shoes being put into a box (what rot!) and that even though the shoes had not been worn (they finally admitted it), they were still damaged and I was outside of their return policy!
I am now left with a £600+ pair of shoes that I can't return and will never wear myself and to add insult to injury I have had to buy exactly the same pair in size 39 for over £600+ so that the person who this was a present for actually has her present.
For a high end company, I am shocked by their lies and inflexibility and I would certainly never shop with them again and will not advise any of my friends or family to either!!!!

Scam Company - Do Not Buy
Wish I’d checked the reviews! Bought a pair of £700 boots. Too small so returned them. Apparently everything is distributed out of Hong Kong. The boots were confirmed by tracking as received but I heard nothing about a refund. After multiple approaches they now say the boots are scuffed and will be disposed of unless I agree to take them back. I have asked for our dispute to be escalated to a complaint and a copy of their dispute resolution process with no response.

I bought a bag from the website last month, the order never arrived so I emailed them, the customer service just seem like a bot, he was back and forth with the same instructions asking me to check with neighbors etc, and I told him so many times I did, I even had to call the courier company to ask about my item.
So I try to explain I have checked with everyone and the courier doesn’t know where exactly they dropped off the item. But I just keep getting the same useless information from the customer service. So on the 13th of October they told me they will check with the courier and get back to me which took them a week, and last Friday when I asked for an update they sent me the same exact message saying they will check with the courier. The customer service team is extremely unprofessional and the company is just such a scam, I contacted my bank for dispute and today they got back to me saying Alexander wang has rejected my dispute by uploading a profile saying the order was delivered by DHL but there was no proof where the order was delivered to. Don’t ever buy from them online it is such a scam

No star worth. I was waiting for 1,5 months for a return confirmation and after 1,5 they are telling me that the item has been marked. The item is waiting for 1,5 month in a warehouse and they want me to believe that I returned a marked item. They are blaming me because they don’t want to give my money back.
