We have purchased 2 large parasols for our restaurant and bar in Milton Keynes from Alfresco Solutions. Oliver arranged for measurements to be taken, samples to be viewed and installation of a date and time of convenience. The parasols are top quality, a great asset to our outside seating area, enabling our guests to take advantage of being outside.

I would highly recommend Alfresco Solutions due to the outstanding service and products we have received. Should we decide to upgrade our outside area in the future we would surely use Alfresco again.

Fantastic service and excellent materials. Our canopies are on the rooftop, so they get battered very often by winds; only after 3 years of using winter and summer it finally broke and needed a new one—turnaround less than a week. I ordered Monday and Friday I had new canopies. Oliver and the team are top-notch. Thank You Team Boundary Shoreditch.

Fantastic service

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with alfresco. No pushy sales people, just genuine honest people giving real advice about a quality product.

Communication skills are superb, I received a very quickl reply and they advised me on the best product for my needs which were two 4 x 4m MDT parasols. The price quoted was the cheapest I could find, the installation and aftercare second to none. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Purchased a giant, 5m x 5m parasol from this company. When it was delivered with a decking seating box below, the seating box was more like a table. When I queried it I was told, oh the photo i sent you was from another site!!
I had requested a parasol without valance, I was sent one with valance, which flaps in breeze/wind.
The delivery men said due to the size of the parasol it would require 2 connecting straps, i.e. 4 in total to secure it when closed. They had only brought one & a multi coloured one, so they would post the others out. After multiple emails we have had one more, so require 2 more to be able to secure it from flapping in the breeze. After more than 7 weeks, my last request was answered with, next time you are in the area pop in & we will give you one, rather than simply post one out as requested.
Shocking after sales. Couldn't care less. No invoice, after sales care, manual, nothing.
Would definitely would not recommend.
