Just about everything went wrong! Firstly I was quoted wrongly, then had to pay an extra £200 for underbed drawers, which only slide under, do not have runners. My bed is wooden, and whoever designed it must have thought of people living in a mansion, and after bruising myself on the ultra sharp corners for about the 2oth time, tonight I have cut them off with a hacksaw! Delivery of the drawers took weeks and weeks. Would never buy from this company again!

Had an amazing experience at their shop Giselle was an excellent sales lady and we had a giggle as well she was very attentive and helpful I sorted out a bed within the hour. Such good value beds best shop I have visited for beds and at a great reasonable price too. Lovely to get the mattress and all sorted in the one shop. Will tell my friends what a great help Giselle was and to ask for her if they visit.

Giselle was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient no pressure to buy extras that we don't need, just excellent advice and helpful providing information burying the things we wanted for our house.
All the environmental and all the stuff was friendly welcome and exceptionally knowledgeable.
We recommended this place for highly quality of knowledge given info and quality of the furniture's.

Beds great, but 19th December I am still waiting for mattress for Christmas guests, which was originally due end October. Then told last week. Then told this week.
Office and phones seemingly closed with no contact opportunities.

Amazing new shop on the bottom end of station road where the old cinema used to be with a beautiful sales room with plenty of choice. The staff and Steph were so very helpful and approachable. Delivery was very quick and efficient, the delivery guys were also very helpful. I would highly recommend this store . Thank you for a stress free purchase, Sam

We were greeted by Daryl, who was knowledgeable, polite and professional throughout.
Our new mattress was soon chosen and we look forward to its delivery.

On our visit to All About Beds, Taunton branch 15 October. We were greeted by a charming, easy on the eye lady sales Assistant, after a very short time we found we were being looked after Giselle, a 46 year old who lived in a seaside town in Somerset and who purchased all her lingerie at Ann Summers……We digress. Giselle was very knowledgeable about mattresses and bed frames, showing various qualities and price ranges. at no time did we fell under any pressure, no sales flannel. We chose two single bed frames and two mattresses that could be zipped together. In all our visit was a very enjoyable experience. Kind regards Nige & Shirley.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. It was obvious from the first moment that the ladies in All About Beds cared. They gave us ample time to browse and then provided every bit of information they could, no question too silly! Scarlett was knowledgeable and not shy to find out if she was not sure.
Anyone interested in buying a bed and or mattress should make All About Beds their No. 1 stop.

When we walked into the shop of All About Beds Scarlett greeted us and helped us all the way to our purchase she was excellent and the shop was full of different beds and furniture

All seemed ok in the beginning, but things were about to dramatically change. I went into this business in search of my ideal mattress with a budget in mind. I was greeted by a member of staff called Cliff. He was initially interested in helping me choose the right mattress. Going with what was available at that moment in time within the showroom, I tried maybe 3 or 4 different ones, and finally settled on a memory foam mattress with springs manufactured by a bed maker called Wheatcroft Beds. The mattress was normally too expensive but at that time the store had a discount in place meaning I could afford it. So I paid a deposit and expected my delivery of the mattress to the store where I would collect. This happened in a reasonable time, but problems would follow. Firstly, the mattress was the wrong model, meaning I had to drive back to the store the following day to swap for the right model. Then, as the weeks went by I was getting really rubbish nights sleep. So I made decision to contact the store to notify them of this fact. I spoke to a woman called Stef who suggested we get it swapped by Wheatcroft beds. This happened, and oddly enough, there was no obvious improvement. So, once again I contacted the store, and Stef recommended I come back to the store and try some alternatives. This I did, but sadly there was nothing else they had available that would match the comfort level of the initial mattress I tried in store. There was no option of a refund (when asked) and so reluctantly I had to settle for a mattress that was not suitable. Cliff asked me if I was happy with the alternative mattress the day I once again went back to collect it, and I laid on it as he unpackaged it in the warehouse to try, and I said it at least feels like the shop model, but realistically what could I say?! It was also brought to my attention after I had paid for the inital mattress that, a king size mattress would always be that bit softer than a double with the same spring count, funny how that wasnt mentioned at the time of the sale (when I tried the shop king size model) of the 1st mattress! So what was the point in them exchanging like for like with that in mind? I have since been to 1 or 2 other bed retailers and discovered there are indeed other mattresses within my budget that would be far more suitable but, now I have to make do since all about beds have my money!
