The sales person during my visit name was Zac. He was slightly friendly during my interaction. As we were browsing he went back to his cell phone. He was not rude, however, could have exerted more effort in providing more information and asking questions to promote the brand. He was not informative about the product and didn't appear to care about making a sale. In fact, the only reason why I made a purchase was because I was in need of this particular shoe. As a high brand, I would expect your representatives to provide high-end customer service. I observed trash over flowing from the day before. We arrived shortly after the store opened for business. I don't wish anything negative on your employee. A friendly reminder you never know who your interacting with. Thank you for your time.

Terrible quality and customer service

Returned my order because the quality of what I received was terrible. The shoes were scratched up and had been worn.

They received my return (according to Fedex tracking), but after over 4 weeks still have not issued a refund. Customer service is not helpful at all.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Sent the wrong boots then took weeks to get a shipping label sent after being on hold for hours. The best they could offer me was a 10% discount for the hassle.

First purchase; terrible experience

I ordered $425 one with Black Friday discount and highly looked forward to it. Arrived, checked, and the boxes were all torn and the shoes were WORN. So unprofessional and disrespectful to send so visually USED one to the customer without quality control. I had to call and waited over an hour to connect with the person for return and it is such waste of my time.

Missing shoes in delivery

I ordered 3 shoes online. I paid for 2 business day delivery. The delivery took 3 business days.

I received 3 boxes.
1 box is EMPTY!!
2nd box only has 1 SHOE!!
3rd box is fine.

Goodness! Only 1 out of 3 boxes made it to me complete. how hard is it to pack the shoes properly…

I called this in immediately after receiving the items on the 17th. to be honest, based on reviews, I did not hope I'll see a refund. The help center said they will forward to lost shipment team and will have to wait for addition 2 business days. I get an acknowledgent email about my case and also received approvement for refund 2 days after. the following day I received my refund back.

Poor, very poor service! And they don't care.

Ordered a pair of black, size 13, factory-second dress shoes from Allen Edmond's Shoebank. When the box arrived, it was marked correctly, but the shoes inside were tan, size 9 1/2, lug soles. They emailed me a return label and I shipped them back immediately. They received them and said they would process my refund (2-10 days.) I waited 15 days and called them again. My refund is on hold! Jasmine said she couldn't help me and would refer the matter to someone else who would contact me in 2-3 days. Couldn't look in the box before they shipped it. Couldn't care less now!

They said my shoes were in stock and I paid for air shipping. They were not. Trying to get through to customer service is extremely difficult. Go through Amazon if you want Allen Edmonds! The shoes are good quality

Poor Logistics and Customer Service

Everything I have read on this site seems to be true. I ordered shoes and a belt and paid for 2 business day shipping so I could take them on a trip. I ordered on Friday and the shoes arrived on Wednesday. The belt still hasn't been shipped (as they don't even appear to have one in stock - but that didn't stop them from accepting my money for 2-day shipping). Now I have a $300 pair of shoes without a matching belt, and they can't tell me when I will get the belt. Customer service was polite, but not helpful at all. They did refund my money for the expedited shipping, but it is terribly disappointing that such a high-end consumer brand seems so lost on logistics and customer service. Buyer beware.

Don’t buy Allen Edmonds

I bought the Park Avenue and wore them 3-4 times a week to work in an office, after 16 months the soles split apart. I contacted customer care and sent in the shoes and they said it was my fault for wearing the shoes too much and offered to fix them for $200 dollars. I will never shop/buy Allen Edmonds again.

Have 7 pairs

Have 7 pairs, but the last 2 pair haven't been quite right. Size, shape, the way it feels around the heel. Should have sent right back but hoping that they would have worked in after several times wearing them out. The worst part is I sent back a pair to have recrafted and they destroyed my favorite pair of shoes. They offered a free pair but they no longer offer the style and color. Bummed, been using them since the 90s

Complete lack of regard for customers

I purchased a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes and belt to wear to my daughters wedding. I paid for expedited 2 day shipping to have these items in plenty of time for my overseas wedding. Allen Edmonds not only messed up the shipping creating a delay in the items arrival, all my inquiries to “ customer service” were completely ignored .
After missing the promised arrival shipping date, and being unable to have my order accompany me to Italy, I opened my shoes 2 weeks post wedding. The quality of the shoes was lacking. Uneven stitching was noted, one heel was slightly gapped from the bottom. The belt has a flimsy cheap buckle as well. Clearly Allen Edmonds has a quality control and customer service issue. I would discourage anyone from consideration of their products as they are simply profiting from a reputation long since passed. These are expensive items that appear as cheaply made , and clearly they couldn’t care less about serving their customers

11 weeks since purchase

11 weeks since purchase, still no shoes. Was told multiple dates they would arrive, days come and go. Needed these for a trip, but won’t get them in-time. Curious if they will ever arrive.

Recently purchased boots and cap toe…

Recently purchased boots and cap toe shoes and have been pleased with the shoes for the most part. My only suggestion would be to increase the length of the shoe laces my 1 1/2 to 2 inches as they are currently to short and difficult to tie. A this price point a customer shouldn’t have to buy new laces to be happy.

NO Return means NO Exchange

I own 4 different AE dress shoes in size 11. I Purchased all of them in the store. I recently ordered two pair of boat shoes online from AE. They were clearly marked as no return. I ordered one pair in size 11 and another color in size 10 1/2 because I was concerned about possible fit in a casual shoe. In fact, the 11 was too big, even though the AE guide advises to order your regular size. I mistakenly assumed NO Return meant no refund. I now have learned it also means no Exchange. My fault for not checking first. Lesson learned NO MORE ONLINE PURCHASE FROM AE!

Item ordered is in Purgatory

Horrible customer service; they will tell you one thing, not do it and never inform the customer. Shipping is not what is advertised nor what the customer service agents inform. It takes days to get an email back and when they do; it's just lies.
