Allied Surveyors Scotland Opiniones

Grant’s the man. Doubt there is anything worth knowing in the Scottish market that he isn’t all over. Sorted out my portfolio, recommended funded and lawyer and was always there when needed.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish from Keith. Reliable, highly professional and very punctual. The home report was extremely thorough, clearly explained and easy to understand, which made the whole process stress-free. Friendly, approachable and excellent communication throughout. Exceptional service — highly recommend

Greg Scrimgeour was brilliant to deal with. Information was concise & easily understood.

Great service, very thorough and professional. Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you again.

Faultless. Professional and friendly. I couldn’t praise Kevin enough. Arrived on time and provided the draft and the final reports timeously. Kevin even returned to point out something specific of which I was unaware. Thank you Kevin. Scottish Borders client.

Do not trust any thing provided within a home report provided by this firm when purchasing a property. The report was inaccurate in its entirety.

There are far too many critical errors in the report to detail on this review. The report is not worth the paper it is written on.
They have cost us thousands.

If you see a fault when viewing - walk away. Do not trust a thing this company say. If a qualified surveyor cannot distinguish between catastrophic faults and minor faults, then clearly their documentation is worthless.

Do not bother appealing to them. There is no point. Go straight to Court.

I was really impressed by the efficiency of the process. I needed a quick turnaround and Arran Leask picked up the request and the survey was done and returned in 2 days! Arran assisted by Marta then made an amendment with no fuss. I’d definitely recommend the company and the individuals named.

I cannot recommend Allied Surveyors highly enough. The home report was arranged and completed within 3 working days, the report was produced and approved within a further 2 days. The Surveyor was incredibly punctual, extremely professional and very friendly. The whole experience was positive and all questions met with knowledge and understanding. I am looking to have another home report completed in the Spring of 2026 and I will not look passed Allied Surveyors in Inverness. Excellent 5+ stars!

I had my Home Report completed today and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The surveyor came to the property very quickly and was friendly and very professional. The final report arrived promptly.

I would highly recommend Keith and Allied to anyone needing a Home Report. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish!

We have used the services of Iain Mercer and Bernadetta Majewska at Allied for a number of years both for renting and selling of commercial properties and have had excellent advice in both regards. We recently completed the sale of a portfolio of three commercial properties and their advice re marketing of the portfolio and their assistance throughout the sales process enabled us to achieve a quick and smooth sale.

We would have no hesitation in recommending them for property advisers and continue to work with them on our remaining properties.

We have been using Iain Mercer and Bernadetta Majewska at Allied Surveyors for many years to rent commercial property in Edinburgh. We have always found Iain and Bernadetta very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They manage to find the best quality tenants in a short period of time to minimise voids and negotiate terms which are fair for both parties. We highly recommeded Allied Surveyors for all your commercial property needs.

Very helpful, answered all my many questions clearly and helped me understand the process.
Very polite, arrived on time for the appointment. Great service. Would highly recommend.

We recently sold an unusual commercial property in Edinburgh. Iain, Bernadetta & team in the local office provided a very professional and customer-focused service. They generated a good level of interest and kept us updated regularly as the sale progressed. A good value service which we'd recommend to others.

Where do I start with the Glasgow south branch particularly Gary his home report skills are dreadful scoring 1s for dampness when basically he couldn't be bothered looking at back of a kitchen cupboard and admitting that this is known issues in houses like this also he didn't have decency to call back and sent a generic email absolutely appalling from this company and this man in particular avoid at all cost this Glasgow south branch

I had my Home Report done by Allied Surveyors, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call, the communication was excellent; friendly, clear and professional. Keith, who carried out the survey, was equally professional, approachable, and easy to talk to.

The report itself was detailed, well-presented, and arrived quickly. I’d happily recommend Keith and the Allied Surveyors team to anyone needing a survey or Home Report — they made the whole process smooth and straightforward from start to finish.

Prompt and efficient service from Simon at the Dumfries office. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

An excellent service that helps reduce the stress of selling a home. Punctual, friendly approachable and open to discussion to explain decisions.

We were highly impressed and valued the time taken to explain the report. When I raised a couple of questions, Kevin was quick to respond. He took time to explain why he made a decision and what to look for when higifhting an issue.

I'm confident that the report accurately reflects the house condition and value.

Greg came out quickly and accommodated my schedule , was friendly and personable as I needed to sell an estate house. He explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout the survey and after as to next steps.

Report was drafted within the day. He was honest and professional and I was happy with survey results and wording of the report .

He has a good working relationship with my estate agent ( Kelly's )
I would use Greg and Allied again.
