Allied Surveyors Scotland Opiniones

We used Allied Surveyors for a commercial rent review/market value and a residential market value. In both cases they were very efficient and approachable. I would recommend and have done so to a WhatsApp landlord group I belong to.

We have used Andy Gray at Allied Surveyors (Inverness) several times for valuations and have always found him to be approachable, professional, efficient and communicative. We can't praise him enough, especially recently when he helped us in dealing with a SIPP company. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with Allied Surveyors in Inverness for many years most recently with regard to a Commercial Rent Review. They are highly professional , very efficient and go to great lengths to ensure that the client is well looked after and represented properly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service from booking our home report appointment through to the actual visit. Polite, friendly & informative appointment followed by a prompt home report.
Would highly recommend & definitely use Allied Surveyors in the future.

Excellent work from start to finish. Kept it easy from our side so we could concentrate on other things. Very professional and great value for money.

I chose Allied to carry out home report on my flat. Scott Livingstone came out quickly and carried out a thorough inspection of the property. The report was accurate, clear and concise on the condition and provided a valuation that I and ultimately the market was happy with. I would thoroughly recommend to others requiring valuation services

Elaine was great to deal with when booking the appointment and very quick for respond to emails. Mark was on time, friendly and very professional. Report was completed and sent to me very quickly. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Professional but friendly and happy to talk me through their process, thus turning a potentially daunting experience into an educational and pleasant encounter. I would very highly recommend.

A quick and professional service. Keith came to do my home report on Friday afternoon and the report was available on Wednesday morning to enable my agent to market my home.

Professional and really nice person to deal with. Scott from Allied Surveyors (Stirling/falkirk area)
recently did my home report. He was easy to talk and he explained the issues he noticed at the time of viewing the property as well as in more detail in the report itself. He is a very fair individual and also in our discussion gave me the opportunity to correct a few things. Not full of himself or power tripping. Just a genuninely nice person doing his job. Thank you.

Allied have been my choice for survey work for over 20 years now. I trust the team there whether it is for personal residential work or indeed commercial properties which tends to be the majority of my current work.
Recently we had a survey that needed to be carried out quickly and this was done to our complete satisfaction. What I like best about dealing with Andy and Allied is that each decision and valuation is fully explained and you have clarity and trust in what they are saying. They are also adept at working within my often tight timescales.
We also needed a EPC and again this was organised with their specialist in house and carried out within a matter of days.
Would recommend Allied highly and the fact that I have chosen them for all my work when possible says it all.

We found Arran to be highly professional and really appreciated the time he took to discuss his findings with us.
Thank you Arran.

Martin Paul carried out a home report for me today. He was friendly and polite and very thorough in his inspection of the property. He was happy to run through the various home report sections with me and to explain his findings before producing his report. I received the draft report within a few hours of his visit - excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend Martin.

We've used Kevin a few times and always got great advice and excellent service. I'd recommend Allied Surveyors.

Ellie is fantastic to work with. She goes over and above to ensure all our needs were met, right from the initial contact through to completion. She is thorough, professional and works hard to meet deadlines. A pleasure to work with. Thank you.

I have huge thanks for Simon and all at Allied Surveyors who are just the most wonderful company to deal with. Buying/selling a home can be a complex process and to give someone your time is such a simple thing yet often lost in the current world, Simon at Allied has given us just that as well as mountains of advice and a sharing of his knowledge. Thanks Again 👍😁

The Company turned up on time and were efficient and thorough. I was pleased with the detail of their report, and felt more informed about the property. The report was available the next day.

We used Keith in the Inverness Office to carry out a Home Report on our property as we had used him before. I found the service to be second to none, the home report was turned around very quickly and Keith was on hand to answer any queries that we had. If we require assistance from a surveyor in the future, we would have no hesitation about returning.
