Ordered a "complete spare parts kits for a uv filter.It arrived with missing seals.When asked about the missing parts they said that they have to be purchased separately.So obviously NOT a "complete spare parts kit then.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY,OR THEIR OTHER COMPANY "All pet solutions"

Excellent customer service from this company who replaced a faulty water feature without hesitation. The replacement arrived within 24 hours of being informed of the problem. Would certainly use this company again

Very happy with the service and product I received

I had a problem with my Cup 311 All-in-One pump/filter/UV light. I rang All Pond Solutions and spoke to a very helpful person who explained that the problem part was still under warranty, and arranged to send a replacement. The replacement arrived within 48 hours. I was very happy with the resolution to my problem.

Received a damaged pump but Laura quickly rectified the issue and a replacement was issued the same day.
Would definitely recommend.

Bought an expensive filter off this company it unexpectedly stopped flowing water after owning it for less than 6 months.
The filter then decided to leak and nearly emptied my tank on to my front room carpet then the uv bulb became inoperable.
The company keep sending replacement parts which either don’t rectify the issues or
Are the complete wrong parts for the filter. Will not purchase again from
This company nothing but head aches and near 3 months down the line still using a back up filter.

What a amazing experience this was.
I decided to get a bigger filter for my fish tank and decided on this one from, All Pond Solutions.
From the very start of the process I was kept up to date with every part of my order. It was just the right amount of info, not to much and not to little.
The package arrived really quickly and was all in great condition and well wrapped 🎁
The whole process was a joy and a very positive experience.
Wish all companies treated there buyers like this!

All Pond Solutions do everything so well, their products are first rate, their service is fantastic and items arrive so quickly. I have ordered from them many times and everything goes so well, fantastic product range and so easy to place an order, makes things easy. If you need to make contact they are happy to help. For me this ticks every box.

Product broke after 6 months. They blamed the installation and refused to offer anything.
They then stopped supplying the needed spare so the whole unit was useless

I am tired going back and forth over a faulty filter! I purchased in September and have received parts to try and rectify this issue but the filter is clearly faulty!
I wouldn't recommend this company. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere! There products are rubbish and the support is beyond poor!

Recently purchased 'AllPondSolutions 50000L Koi Pressurised Pond Filter 55w UV Easy Clean PFC-50000' at a good discount price. My Koi Pond is 4,000 gallons and I have 11 big koi. The previous system was 4 x Oase Filto clear 1500 pressure filters linked together. This system was inadequate. The new PFC 50000 arrived promptly and was easy to set up. I removed all the old filters and I was amazed to see the pond was totally clear within two days. Great product!

Very good service and price and excellent delivery

I bought an external filter as my old one stopped working. I read product info and instructions manual before purchasing. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery because I needed the replacement fast. Filter come today, I set it up and it's leaking. Turns out that rubber O ring is sold separately!!!! Nowhere in the description was this mentioned.

Bought nano curve 14.5L moved my adult lampeye over once cycled a month later woke up to whole tank EMPTY OF WATER AND FISH DEAD! SEEMS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD THIS ISSUE! THESE TANKS ARE KILLING PEOPLE'S FISH AND THEY KEEP ON SELLING!!!!! WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE TO COVER MY DEAD FISH OR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE HOUSE THAT WAS DAMAGED BY THE WATER I WENT TO BED AT 11PM FISH WERE FINE TANK FINE GOT UP AT 7AM TO AN EMPTY TANK AND DEAD FISH DEVASTAYED DOSNT EVEN COME CLOSE TO HOW IM FELLING RIGHT NOW!! ALL POND SOLUTIONS ARE EVIL THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FISH HAVING A TERRIBLE CRUEL DEATH! BEWARE AND AVOID ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE LADY I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE AS SOON AS I MENTIONED MY DEAD FISH SHE QUOTED THAT UNDER THE RULES THEY DONT COVER THE FISH KILLED BY THEIR SHODDY TANK

I bought an AquaECO-4500 L/H Pond Pump and 10mtr x 38mm Flexible Pond Hose, to test for a garden stream project next year. Both items were well packaged, arrived quickly and arrived undamaged.

I set up a test rig in the garden to test the pump flow and was pleasantly surprised with a good water flow in my 12 inch wide test stream, with the pump lifting the water 4 feet above pump height. The pump was pushing the water through the 10 metres of supplied hose, but I haven't yet cut the pump hose-tail to the 38mm diameter, so the pump was pushing the water through the smallest, most restrictive outlet hole. I'd expect the flow to increase further once this is cut to the correct size.

I don't have any complaints with the product or the service.

Great repair on my PFC 50000 the UV light had stopped working and took a while find out that it is called the UV Ballast, my first email describing the fact that I had changed the uv light and it was not the uv light fell on deaf ears as you sent me the part number for a uv light so I had to google the problem then found the problem was the ballast, I wished that I could have spoken to a real person as the chat bot was also useless for this problem. once I got it from google I was able to find the part number but there was no picture and also no instructions and I almost put the new ballast on without the rubber seal which I had to take off the old ballast, it was a quick fix and use the old screws, once again I say as over the years the website for Allpondsolutions is not great and I really wish they would have a telephone number to help people describe the problem and get the right part quickly, even after investigating and finding that it might be the BALLAST there was no picture on the web page, Please can you include a customer service / support telephone number to help people trouble shoot the filter problems Thank you.

Ordered an expensive filter unit which never arrived. Communications dreadful - blaming Amazon the carrier Who did deliver the two cheap plastic connectors which were part of the order but not the expensive filter. Bad experience and i could not recommend these suppliers - there are many better and more reliable.

Worst customer services I’ve ever tried to contact. You can’t call them, have to email. They take at least 2 days to respond to first enquiry then another day to answer the next email. Stay clear buy from someone else. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on and they will wangle their way out of it somehow. You have been warned!!!
