Worst experience with a Rental Property agency
I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having one of the worst experiences with a rental property company in my life. I strongly advise against renting from Alls Real Estate in Warrenton and here's why.
One of the issues the property we rented had (and there were many (sinking floor boards, non-working appliances and heating) was a ceiling leak that took over a month to address. When they finally sent someone, the repair was superficial and didn't last. The leak started again within weeks, leaving us frustrated and feeling neglected. To make matters worse, they refused to return our security deposit.
The realtor, who seemed to be a family member, was unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like their sole focus was on getting us to sign the lease and pay rent, with no intention of maintaining the property or addressing our concerns.
Unfortunately, our experience is not unique. Many others have reported similar issues with mold, leaks, and unresponsive management. It's surprising that Alls Real Estate remains operational despite such consistent negative feedback. Check all the review sites, and you'll see what we mean.
If you see a rental sign from Alls Real Estate in Warrenton, I urge you to look elsewhere. It's not worth the stress and potential financial loss. There are better options available where you'll be treated with respect and care.
