All Terrain Cycles Opiniones

First time purchase from All Terrain Cycles and I was truly impressed. The service, the speed, the tracking and delivery partner all the things from start to finish made this a hassle free experience. I have to say that the sign-up gift was rather generous, and the cleaning items are essential for any bike of an amazing quality. The hand written note is always something that puts a smile on your face. All in, unboxing my order felt like Christmas came early. I could tell there was a lot of effort behind this so I would definitely look up things that I need in the future from here.

Got what I wanted at a good price and fast secure delivery

Really good company, very responsive with comms, and excellent commitment to providing a positive service and experience.
I purchased a Marin Nicassio +, which arrived from the supplier to All Terrain Cycles (ATC) with a damaged fork, the guys at ATC bent over backwards to sort the issue and kept me in the loop throughout. Superb customer services from these folks. 10/10 will do business with them again, and so should you if you want a personslised approach to your bike and/or accessories buying experience.

Great price and delivered quickly as ordered. Needed to call them regarding a couple of issues for help and their customer service was excellent. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Fantastic service, helpful on the phone and bike dispatched quickly after order. Arrived the day after dispatch and was well packed. Thank you All terrain.

Very well priced, lots in stock and easy to navigate the website. Dispatch and delivery were awesome. Order came next day. I will be using again! Thanks

Went to get my bike fixed because the battery fell out while going of a kurb, I don’t think the whole battery should come out. it took them 2 weeks to sort it out and get my battery back in my bike, then my bike wouldn’t connect and they started to blame it on my bike screen . “Look at the state of it , no wonder why it doesn’t work” even though there was nothing wrong with it.after waiting 30 minutes we got the bike working , as I thought it was over when I set off my bike had absolutely no power what so ever . DONT GET YOUR BIKES FIXED HERE. They are rude and didn’t even end up fixing my bike

Excellent service - will use again

good experience from start to finish, easy website and quick delivery, would defiantly recommend

I was after a Marlin + 8 which are currently in short supply in the UK. I found one at all terrain cycles and called to discuss options. A very helpful call & as a result I ordered one from their online shop. Ordered on a Saturday & the bike arrived 5 days later, easy assembly & so far the bike is proving to be very good.

Bike turned up on time and very well packed. It was a slight surprise that it wasn't fully built, but it wasn't difficult to assemble and within 30 minutes it was ready for action.

First class service. Website is excellent & pricing is amongst the most competitive out there. I was kept up to date on my order & the few questions I had were answered promptly. In one case I received a very pleasant call back to make sure I was happy. A trip up to Saltair to meet the team & have a look around that impressive looking mill building is certainly on the cards. Thank you to all team at All Terrain Cycles.

Very fast service. Needed help to set up dropper post, sent an email and received a call back from Joe who was very friendly and helpful. All resolved very quickly

Good value,

Very fast efficient service at reasonable prices. And when I realised I needed to add more to my original order the process couldn't have been easier following a quick phone call.
