From start to finish the service was and still is great.
We met with Luke at the showroom and had a look at the various spas and the prices and were invited back to try out the one we had decided to buy.
Liam came out for the initial survey and confirmed all was ok and a few weeks later(Dec 2019) it was installed and commisioned. Liam and his team went through everything and left with a parting shot of "any questions you have, give us a ring anytime", and there have been a few and they have always been answered promptly. The sales and service teams are a very friendly bunch, we could have gone elsewhere but wanted a local firm and could not have done better than All Weather Leisure !

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about Jacuzzis.

Bought our Jacuzzi from them 4 years ago; the installation was brilliant, and after care good.

We did have a few problems before Christmas which took a few visits for them to sort out, but after speaking to the owner they managed to get things sorted and have a fully working hot tub to enjoy no matter what the weather. We would recommend the yearly deep clean as it keeps the tub pristine and hopefully highlights and potential issues

All Weather Leisure provided me with an excellent Jacuzzi Hot Tub which they installed and have looked after for me for the last six years with yearly maintenance. They are always so quick to answer any questions I have and are always happy to help.
You are not just buying a hot-tub you are buying years of happy ownership and top service.

I had thought about buying on line and installing myself, (as a qualified electrical engineer). However, I was a novice at hot tubs do's and don'ts. So I thought talk to the experts. No sales pressure, great advice and guidance, so I thought, worth going for it. How right was I. We bought a totally different model to what we originally thought, (thanks to understanding our priorities) also with a heat pump and installation. I really do not think we would have saved much going on line, but it would have cost us dearly in buying the wrong sort, for the wrong reasons. Its a big investment, make sure you feel it is well worth it, by going to the experts. Nice one Cannock branch of All Weather Leisure. Great support before and just as good afterwards!!

Great hot tub the Cannock team helped me all the way to getting wot we wanted always there to help with aftercare and anything we need filters chemicals u name it thay can help you get it the staff are really friendly thay go above and beyond to help

At the initial enquiry there was no pressure sales just a very professional presentation of the selection of products, running costs, and associated pros and cons for each hot tub. When we returned to select the tub of our choice a full range of financial options was explained including the fact that as my wife is registered disabled we would receive the hot tub VAT free. The installation of the hot tub was just as professional and friendly as the sales staff. I cannot fault this family run organisation and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I Have just purchased my Hot Tub From All Weather
Leisure, outstanding is what comes to mind

I first went to look at the Shrewsbury branch as it was the closed to me, the staff there (Larna) where so friendly, had time to explain about all the hot tubs they had in the showroom , But my wife and I fell in love with the vortex mercury 2 loungers and 3 seats, which I think is the best in my option. I say that as when one has been on ones feet all day, one don't want to sit in a hot tub a nice chilled out lie down and relax is the way to go.
Installation .
On the date an time it was arriving they when on time and on the day they said. Luke and his team quickly got the hot tub into my garden
as we had to cross my neighbours garden first then into mine they took great care getting it to my garden, once there it was unwrapped and all sorted and up and running in no time. everything was explained on how to operate and run the hot tub, all made easy and easy to understand a real nice bunch of lads, friendly and made one feel at ease.
Technical problem.
Not everything always goes to plan. The hot tub was all up and running but then it had a problem with the soft wear that runs it. it was just one of those things, brand new, one always thinks it should not have anything go wrong with it but sometimes its just a bit of bad luck. I rang them up and and they went out of there way to come and get its sorted, Liam went out of his way to sort the problem he was outstanding and before we knew it, everything was sorted.

If anyone reads this and you are looking to buy a hot tub this company is the one, top class in every way before sale and after sale. I don't often put reviews up. But this company sure deserves one 100% would always go back to them time and time again.....

Fantastic service and expertise. Never received a ‘hard sell’ at the outset- very knowledgable and informative. Set up was really efficient and amazingly quick. Most impressive has been the after sales care- always on the end of the phone for any questions. Very happy with everything.

Since the hot tub was delivered/Installed, I've had to call quite a few times (5 or 6 times) while I've been learning the ropes of hot tub ownership. The team have talked me through lots of things I've needed help with, from applying chemicals to general operating. Great service 👌🏾

Well I have t give full marks to Liam and all the team at all weather leisure. They are here today to install the Covana oasis hot tub cover. The service from the store in Cannock and from Liam and the fitting team today has been excellent. Can rearly recommend without hesitation. 5 stars all day.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, the staff were very polite and very friendly and knowledgeable, from the operations of all the hot tubs to the electrical point required. The installation was speedy and after installation got regular contact via phone and email on my satisfaction. Excellent customer service
