I would thoroughly recommend this company , as their help in choosing the hot tub to installation and the ongoing maintenance has been excellent !
There’s a good choice of hot tub in their showrooms and the staff are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy !
The staff are always on the end of the phone for advice , which was inevitable as we had no idea how to sort out the chemicals . I have recommended this company to several friends .

We have had excellent service from AWL: replacement parts, deep clean and, most recently, a replacement cover for a hot tub that we have had for some years. The staff in the showroom (by telephone) and the technicians have all been first rate. They do everything they can to make sure we are pleased with the results and take pleasure in solving problems for us (mostly supply issues from USA resulting from the dreaded COVID). Reliable and efficient work on site, with everything left tidy.
Highly recommend.

A review after three years of ownership. The Jacuzzi J375. Is Outstanding! The Jacuzzi is Fantastic for hydrotherapy to help with old injuries. Amazing for time with family or when just relaxing.
The All Weather Staff:- knowledgable friendly and approachable. When I was looking to buy I researched loads of tubs from a number of different companies, out of everyone I spoke to they gave the best, no pressure advice. After the sale, they have always given outstanding support when ever required. I would in the future go no where else for advice, supplies and support.

This is a well run company that know how to provide good customer service. We were looking for a jacuzzi and visited their wonderful showroom. No pressure from the sales staff. We were after something quite specific which they did not have in the showroom. They said they had one that fitted our bill in the warehouse and if we wanted they would get it out and set it up for the next day. We took them up. No obligations. Came back the next day and they had set the jacuzzi up for us to see. We were sold. Brilliant.

We visited the showroom in 2020 and spoke with Luke who after listening to what we had in mind for a tub, ie space and budget and after allowing us to try the model we thought would suit us in the showroom a home visit was arranged. We met Liam who confirmed that where we wanted to site the tub was ok. Order placed, delivery date agreed, tub installed and we haven't looked back.
ANY time I've had a question I'm able to ring and get an answer. We've had the tub serviced and the 2 guys who came out did a great job. We buy all our chemicals from All Weather Leisure. I have no hesitation about recommending the great family run company

Whilst we didn't purchase our hot from AWL Luke and the team have always provided sound advice to us and as a result we purchase the majority of our hot tub consumables from them.

I have had nothing but first class service since we purchased the tub 3 years ago.nothing was to much trouble and the tub was installed as we agreed.tub had 1 very minor issue which was sorted in 2 days so happy days and I use this tub 5 days a week every week so quality of the units is not a problem....Bill

Bought a hot tub for my mums birthday (she has the bigger garden) and the service was outstanding. We already had one fitted from a local company but it was small and kept tripping the electrics so we wanted to replace it for bigger and newer.

The sales advisor was amazing told us what not to get for our needs and what to would be best.

When they arrived they moved the old hot tub for us to and fitted the new one.

We now email or order on their website for all our chemicals needed and other things required for the longevity of the new tub.

I have been a customer for five years and their service has always been impeccable. From non pressured advice in the salesroom to delivery and ongoing maintenance with annual services and the supply of chemicals, the professionalism shines through.

No problems with my hot tub which I have now had for over a year.Delivery and installation was done quickly and efficiently.
The only problem I had was some damage to the cover which they acknowledged straight away and gave me a new replacement.
I would certainly recommend them.

We purchased a new hot tub from AWL in December 2021. They provided great advice as to which model to buy. There was no hard selling or up selling. The site survey before delivery ensured that there were no issues on delivery day. Installation service was excellent. There was a slight issue with the pump the day after installing due to a wire becoming loose when delivering. They came out immediately to resolve it. Highly recommended.

We have been very happy with the service received from AWL, from our first visit to the showroom to the installation and beyond. The company was recommended by two people I know, and did not disappoint. Would thoroughly recommend to others. The Jacuzzi is wonderful!

We didn’t buy our our Jacuzzi from All Weather but when we had an issue they were fantastic in helping us out. They gave us advice on how to sort it and were very patient with my constant phone calls for advice!

Great service right from the off.
They even sorted us the crane for us with no extra cost. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

After 10 long yrs for the right house we bought our 375. I didn’t have a clue and nee build with limited access the whole process was really faultless. The only issue lost covid was a slight delay but we got there. Crane ordered, electric sorted. Ground sorted snd even the installers have OCD.. 100 % set up .. had a couple of after care questions which were sorted quickly.

Great company.

I did visit a couple but one couldn’t be bothered to come and advise on access and the other didn’t know who to advise for electrics

I’ve had my hot tub over 4 years and from my very first visit I could tell Liam and Luke were all about good customer service the all weather leisure team have always given me good advice and any help I’ve needed and is clear to me there expertise goes beyond just selling the hot tub there after sales service is exelent as well can’t say enough good things about this company
