Ordered a large wardrobe online then added a chest of drawers a few days later. The process was great from start to finish. The guy came on the date we agreed on and done a fantastic job of fitting them all together. If we ever need anything else I will definitely be buying again from them. Thank you

I had a small problem with one of the pieces of a desk. I emailed and within 20mins a return email confirmed they would arrange the replacement part to be sent ASAP. No questions, no lengthy form filling but an apology for the inconvenience. Such a refreshing approach.
Furniture quality is excellent.

Considering updating my Bedroom Furniture and on searching found Allwood Furniture's Web Page. It was so well organised, easy to search and I really liked the Seville Bedroom Furniture. It was very reasonably priced and decided to purchase. I called and received excellent Customer Service from Tom, with patience as my Bedroom required decorating and new carpet. We had a few conversations and delivery Day booked after a few weeks of sorting my Bedroom. Tom travelled to Doncaster and was so cheerful pleasant, not only delivering, but able to assemble all of the Bedroom Furniture. That was such a bonus. I had such a lovely surprise when all completed and looks absolutely fabulous. I so highly recommend Tom, for such a smooth transaction from start to finish, at an excellent price, for such good quality Bedroom Furniture. Thank you 😊

Would definitely recommend Allwood Furniture. From start to finish, this company was fantastic. Ordered easily delivered next day and the communication between myself and Tom was second to none he couldn't of been any more helpful with phone calls and emails every step of the way.

After reading some good reviews we decided to order a number of items from the Nevada range, and how glad are we that we did. The furniture is top quality and even better than we expected. Tom who delivered and assembled the bedroom furniture deserves 5***** as he assembled all the items single handedly with all doors lined up perfectly and all drawers running smoothly. He was very much a peoples person, worked extremely hard and took away all packaging, leaving the room clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Allwood furniture to anyone.

Ordered the nevada 6 door 2 drawer gloss white wardrobe and payed for installation too. I explained we had a baby due any second and was rushing to move in and everything was sorted ASAP.

Everything was professional from communication, arrival, delivery and installation the owner even helped me build a bed I hadn't purchased from Allwood.

I had Tom from Allwood furniture come today to construct 3 wardrobes I had ordered online. The gentleman was curteous, and nothing was a problem to him. He built the wardrobes in no time. He also removed the packaging, and took it with him. I cannot fault the company. It was a first class job 100 %. Tom, I would like to thank you again for the magnificent job you did for my Wife and I. I will certainly be using you again, and will be reccommending you to everyone I know. Furniture not bad delivery was good I have only given 4 stars because the units were let down by the quality of the drawer runners which were of very poor quality . when i had assembled the units the drawers would not open . on further investigation the screws supplied were stopping the wheels from passing them causing the drawer to jam . I had to remove the screws and use one with a smaller head . As i have plenty of screws and i could identify the problem it wasn't too difficult to put right . I used 5/8 x 6 c/s head which not everybody has .This is the screw that has been used in the trade for this type of runner for many years so why company's use a machine screw I have no idea . otherwise the quality was OK for the price .

Ordered Wardrobe and dresser £700 from their website and they took the money , then next day they ring me to say they DONT deliver to the South West of UK only to the North west and if i wanted to wait 5-6 months they may come this way. What a bunch of cowboys. Why don't they say on their site where they can or can not deliver and save customers all the problems. Why not set your payment system NOT to except post codes that you DONT deliver to, or is that to easy ?

I ordered a cabinet believing it would be delivered within 3-5 working days, but discovered a few days later that it would be 10-12wks. This was no good to me so I rang to cancel the order. The gentleman I spoke to was very curteous and helpful and cancelled my order with apologies. Not what I was expecting from previous experience of some other companies. My refund was notified within a couple of hours. A trustworthy company - I will come back another day.

Order placed Wednesday evening & order received Friday. Seems to be good quality (have only put together one piece so far) with clear instructions. Really pleased!

knob off wardrobe faulty and broke but wasn’t very pleased with the delivery carrier who just left my parcels out the side of house with no notice that it was being delivered that day

Great style, great wood, fairly easy to assemble. Arrived on time & all the pieces were there. The bedside cabinets look great

Just received my lovely table that I will be using for craft/art work. It is a good wooden top and very stable metal legs. I am very impressed with the look of it and just fits well into my study.

Just buy from here , honest , great to deal with on phone , brought the goods in his car . All neat perfect boxes . Very good quality , instructions clear , no parts missing actually got extra . I had priced up similar flat pack furniture elsewhere and reviewed them . Various comments , instructions poor , thin wood , mismatched colouring . Bought three double wardrobes , three top boxes , two bedside cabinets and large set drawers . All spot on .
