I contacted Alpha after my leisure battery, supplied in 2023, developed a fault. They said if testing bshowed it to be faulty they would replace it.
They sent me a prepaid courier label however the battery never arrived with them so they agreed to replace it anyway and the battery arrived the next day.

Outstanding service! My car battery lost charge within the warranty period. The service from Alpha Batteries was excellent. They advised me to purchase a new battery and they would collect the old one. They then tested the old one and promptly refunded me. I wish all companies were this good at fulfilling a warranty pledge! Would definitely recommend!

Website made selecting the correct battery extremely easy (just type in your car registration). Given appropriate choices. Simple, straightforward ordering process.

NOT GOOD tried to make a warranty claim on an Exide battery 4 yr warranty only 19month old, they want you to spend your money having a failed battery tested and proof sent then they may send you one days and days later or in my case they expect me to take a day off, to get car checked AGAIN at further cost and then wait why they decide to dispatch a new one TOTAL CR*P. so when your car doesnt start and you have to go to work etc you have to buy a new one locally and get screwed by alpha. Anyone can sell cheap but GOOD SERVICE costs more than this disgusting companie provide.

Purchased 110amp leisure battery in august 23,august24 have a problem with the battery.contacted alpha and it was collected next day21august,today august28 new replacement received.many thanks alpha great service.robert

Firstly I was not sure what battery to purchase and they were very helpful on the phone. I arrived to have the battery fitted and they started the work within minutes. Fantastic service and friendly staff

Great prices, availability and range.
I've bought from them for many years now (long before having an online account, etc.). In all that time, I have never found a match for value and prompt delivery.
The only problem ever faced - for those of us in rural areas at least - is returns. Having only needed it once (the last battery from them failed in under 14-months with 3-year warranty) I discovered that they only accept warranty returns with a written report from a garage.
I took the car to 3 different garages - difficult enough with no battery; luckily, I could rob one from a friend's car each time! - requiring a lot of time and travel to each: all of whom confirmed the battery was faulty, but all said they weren't in the habit of writing reports for 3 main reasons...
1: They just don't have the time. (And, at garage labour rates, do you want to pay them for report writing the same as if you were having something physical/mechanical done to your car?)
2: It only takes them seconds to test the battery and show you the result on the tester, usually for no charge; so, thank them and don't expect letter-headed time-consuming reports to be produced. They're up to their armpits in used Duckhams and spanners!
3: This was the big one for all 3 --- They really, really don't like the implication that they might just be saying that to bill you for a new battery! One found it particularly insulting. The breaker-bar in hand combined with a furious expression was enough to get me to change the subject quickly!
Out of somewhere between 8-12 batteries over the years, only one has failed. I just accept now, that whatever we get, unless it is returned in the first 14-days (as with all online purchases) we are going to be keeping it regardless. A bit of a shame, as some of them come with generous warranty periods.

Ordered a couple of brass posts for leisure battery. Arrived quickly, good quality and reasonably priced. Would use this company again and recommend to others

The two leisure batteries I ordered were delivered in less than 24hrs. 1st class service. I also forgot to order the breather pipes so John kindly had them sent out super quick too. All delivered by Fed Ex, no problems at all.

I had a faulty battery and tried to return it which would mean getting a new box and paying a small fortune to return it remember this is a large truck battery which was deemed useless by Manchetts of Newmarket besides the annoyance of not being able to use my vehicle the cost of returning it is on the customer even though the battery is no good so they have you as its not worth the expense of returning it and they know this . I highly recommend you find a reputable company and pay a bit extra in the long run

Purchased two mobility scooter batteries at a reasonable price on which arrived well packaged and wrapped well. Batteries were tested on arrival and were satisfactory new condition

I had a Bosch battery fail within the guarantee period so I contacted Alpha Batteries for them to inform me what information was required to make a claim. They asked me to send them a battery test report which I got from Kwik Fit and within four days from making my first inquiry I had a new battery delivered. As the new battery was cheaper that the one I originally purchased, they also refunded me the difference in price. Wonderful Service. I unreservedly recommend Alpha Batteries.

Absolutely amazing service, phoned up to see if they had a battery the lady on the phone said the exact model number went to check if they was in stock and collected 2 batteries and got it cheeper as I collected. Definitely recommend 👌

Had an issue with a recent order , have to say Alpha’s response was first class, resolved with the minimum of fuss, this company really do appreciate their customers! Excellent company.

I purchased a battery last year and it developed a fault.
After a couple of phone calls with Scott he agreed that they would honour their guarantee and a new battery promptly arrived this afternoon.
I will definitely use this company again and have no problem as recommending them as trustworthy and honest. (Thank you for you help Alpha Batteries!)

Looked at a lithium battery and charger John advised me to check caravan charger to see the model to see if compatible with the lithium battery it wasn't. Spoke to John again said 135ah polarmax as we rally all year not a lot of mains with a victron 10amp charger purchased these and gave me a bit of discount as I collected them finished fitting them after removing the caravan charger just on test now . The only issue I had was the Bluetooth on the battery the version I was given was an old one. Scott sorted it out by sending the manual by pdf. Second lot of victron equipment (solar panel and mppt controller). Faultless service and knowledge in abundance
