They dont pay subcontractors on time! We had a driver on site & job was cancelled but they refuse to pay costs. The driver had been loaded, then had to wait then they unloaded, yet they dont believe they should pay for this time. Ambersphere Solutions was the loading place. We received examples of other Hauliers account charges, from ATS, for the same situation, 2 out of 3 were showing 100% cancel fee. The offer ATS made to us does not cover costs of running a vehicle empty (It was too late to find an alternative run). It is in-fact ATS who are using Bullying tactics! they are the ones who messed up and expect us to financially loose out. It is standard that when a vehicle is cancelled after loading on site 100% charge is appropriate. The Vehicle was loaded then unloaded because another Haulier, ****** Freight was booked for this job, & turned up at the collection as driver was about to leave. Due to poor planning from ATS we are out of pocket & with their Bullying tactics they currently refuse to pay. Terms of the contract were under RHA latest conditions of carriage which clearly state about claiming our costs.

This system is only used by companies that do not pay their debt on time and use it as a get out clause not to pay, totally useless

I have worked with Alternative Transport Solutions on many occasions. Their written and verbal instruction is always clear and detailed with the appropriate amount of information. The staff are always friendly and supportive whenever i call them . They are a good company to do business with and i hope to work with them again soon

Contracted a job from ATS, we have been given sufficient information, to complete the job on time , trouble free.
Unlike many of our clients, payment was earlier, without reminders or chasing.
