No response regarding my return
I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I contacted ALTOstore on September 2nd because I wanted to return a pair of shoes that were too small. I received an initial reply, but since then I have followed up several times and have received no response.
The store has a 30-day return policy, and I am simply trying to return my order within the return period. It is very frustrating that I cannot get an answer or proper instructions on how to return my shoes, especially when the return deadline is getting closer.
I have tried contacting them multiple times and have given them plenty of time to respond. I just want to return my shoes and receive my refund.
I hope they respond and resolve this as soon as possible.
