Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd Opiniones

We had top up insulation, shelving, and a new hatch fitted. The guys who did the work were friendly and hard working but they were also inexperienced, and that showed.

It was not possible to install as much shelving as initially quoted for because the surveyor for the work had not noted the presence of some live pipework in the way. There was a small refund for that which was offered proactively.

A second visit for rectification improved things but there are still a good few examples of split shelf supports and other rough edges that fall short of five stars.

At the end of the day though it’s a loft, not the lounge, and it does the job!

Good and quick works. They made about 20sqm loft flooring for me. Only a bit more than half day used. Neat and tidy. Staff are polite.

They arrived super early. Were very respectful, tidied up after themselves and did a wonderful job

From start to finish they were great, very professional and I'm so happy with the work

Tony the man who came to survey the loft was really nice and helpful, explained that the ladder options would not work for our loft and discussed both full and half boarding options. We decided to go with half boarding. He was much nicer than the person we spoke to from another company so we decided to go with Amazing Lofts since their price was good and all the guaranteed etc seemed great.

Really happy with the job that Dylan and Harvey did for us this morning, I got a text from him early this morning saying that he would arrive around 8:10am, which he did with his colleague. They laid down protection for my stairs and just got on with the work which was completed by around 11am. They have done a great job and very nice lads who cleaned up after themselves too. Lady on the phone was also nice and so we are very happy with the service and price. No criticisms whatsoever, highly recommend from start to finish. Bravo!

So refreshing that there's still some honest companies left to deal with. After a total exploiting & attempt on carrying out unneeded work from a first company who certainly weren't amazing like these are.
Great advice & service from Antony would highly recommend.

The boys that came to do our loft Michael and Lewis were really good
The work they did was quick and clean
Very friendly would recommend

We had a very positive overall experience with Amazing Lofts. Although there were a few issues with the initial installation, the after-sales support was excellent and the company took responsibility for putting everything right.

A special thank you to Ceri, who carried out a thorough inspection of the work and identified all the faults, and to Matthew, who managed the remedial work. Matthew was always helpful, responsive and committed to ensuring that everything was resolved properly.

The way a company responds when problems arise says a great deal about its customer service, and Amazing Lofts handled our concerns professionally. We are very pleased with the final result and would happily recommend them.

Arrived on time, did a brilliant job on our loft,
New insulation, raised beams, new floor boards, enlarged loft door and a new loft ladder. Well pleased.
Just to warn people there will be some debris around the work area. That was cleaned up before they left
Two minor points I was disappointed with. 1, the filling in around the new loft door wasn’t done very good. 2, where there is a step down from the attic floor to the ladder, the riser part is just material and not wood.
Thank you

Good price. Professional team, most helpful. Rather confusing system of ordering insulation separately from Costco. Two worksheets for team led to re visit being necessary to complete job.

Peace of mind knowing it’s all clear. Finished quick and clean.

He took three attempts to do the job they put a hole in my ceiling but they did mend it and when they did the wrapping they only done 3/4 of the roof I have to come back and finish it off three different teams came to do the job put in the end, they did the job

The experience was amazing. The company was very helpful as the first ladder was heavy. They changed it, they made sure everything suited me. Would recommend to everyone.

Quite disappointed really I was looking forward to the work being done but it wasn’t done right and had to wait nearly a week to get the issues sorted which were done but felt it was a rush job from start to finish.

Very pleased with the finished product! Both worked very hard ( sorry I forgot your names!) and done a great job. Thank you.

Amazing Job, Excellent Service and a Fantastic Team!

Absolutely amazing job from start to finish! The team was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout.

They took great care of our home, covering the stairs with protective sheets and doing all the cutting outside to minimise dust and mess. They also cleared everything out of the loft, including the old water tank base, TV antennas and other rubbish left by the previous owner.

They left the entire area spotless, and we now have loads of clean, easily accessible storage space. The new insulation should also help improve our home's energy efficiency.

We're extremely pleased with the result. The team went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Highly recommend Amazing Lofts! Fantastic service and a lovely team!

We thought the job had gone well, the men were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done on 3 August, ie additional insulation, some boarding and ladder and new hatch provided. However, last week we noticed ceiling paper coming away from the ceiling and a water stain in the back bedroom. Turns out that the men put additional insulation ON TOP of two plastic overflow pipes from the tanks in the attic, instead of UNDERNEATH. As a result, water had been seeping from the pipes gradually over the last weeks. My husband, who is recovering from a total knee replacement, had to remove the insulation from the bowed pipes, search for the leak and put duct tape over the joints that had bent under the weight of the additional insulation. I have written to Amazing Lofts but have had no reply. We consider the work done very sloppy indeed and although at the time we believed a good job had been done, obviously there was a lack of thought regarding what could result in a weight being put on top of these pipes that were visible before the additional lagging had been applied. Extremely disappointed.

Really impressed with the service from Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd. From the initial meeting, everything was explained clearly and professionally, and I received an email confirmation afterwards, which was very reassuring.
The staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional. They carried out the work exactly as explained, and I was particularly pleased that they left everything clean and tidy with no mess afterwards.
Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

Great teams who work politely, minimal noise, tidy up and resolve issues.

From start to finish the services was brilliant and we are so happy with our loft and new storage space
