Incredible company with terrific staff! They had exactly what I was looking for and have some other odd things that I've never seen before but find very interesting. Customer service can be a tad slow, but they know what they're doing and always stay on top of their orders. They're good people, good businesspeople and when I'm able to afford it, I'll be checking them for what I need first. It's just such a neat little company...

I wrote on Jan 11, 2011 about my problem and all I got back was a response to contact sales. I have been trying to contact by email but have not received a responce. Where is the service help?? I will probably have to order a "part" but I need advice first.

I ordered an ULG3 Ultrasonic generator kit on-line that was misrepresented by the company on its catalog on-line as outputting 40 watts. The output in the kit's description clearly stated it outputs less than 1 watt. The company admitted its error, but stated they are not responsible for any shipping costs. I relied upon the company's description and would never have ordered the product in the first place if the correct description was written on their site. The company should take responsibility for their own errors and not make the customer pay for any shipping costs in both receiving this kit and returning the kit.
