delivery address issues in amazon ksa
One of the problem with amazon ksa ( previously souq ) is about address verification. Problem is you cannot add address which u want whereas you are forced to input address where they want you to. There is a city called baish in Jizan province and they don't have any delivery places over there. Firstly they should overcome this issue.

١- الانواع محدودة
٢- تم ارجاع منتج تالف ولم يرجع المبلغ رغم مرور المدة المحددة للارجاع
٣- محاولة ارجاع منتج لم تعجبني جودته على الطبيعة وتغليفه سيء جدا تاخر البائع في الاسترجاع عن التاريخ المحدد وعند تواصل مع امازون تم الاستلام ثم بعد يومين ارجعت لي نفس البضاعة نفسها رغم اعتماد موافقة الارجاع
وسائق التوصيل غير مهذب ومزعج

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Huwaie mobile was ordered on 7 Aug & to be delivered on 11 Aug.
No mechanism of tracking/monitoring by Amazon employees.
On calling Amazon.sa customer service, simply blaming the seller.....totally unacceptable.....nothing received till now.

The worst between all Amazon sites.You cannot find any product from amazon.com and if you find one, you will pay more because the price is higher plus high shipping fees.I think Amazon have to learn from iherb SA.What do Amazon introduce to Saudi market ? the answer is nothing or may be "nothing" is better than what they offer !
