I have been an Amazon customer for a long time. Amazon offers next day or 2 day deliveries yet constantly are late. It's not the drivers it the business itself. It's time to start shopping elsewhere. Quit offering something that you don't adhere to. I had to choose a single date but not being on time happens more than it doesn't.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Chat is less than helpful and phone number is next to impossible to find. Once you do call it’s a series of a dozen questions before you can actually speak with a live person and the person is clueless. She actually promised to process my refund and send me an email confirmation but disconnected me!
Amazon Business customer service
Amazon Business is ridiculous when trying to get customer service help online when your situation doesn’t fit their options and you can forget about ever talking to someone. Apparently they have the option to just decide to not help you or even answer calls. I was speaking with a rep in personal accounts customer service who tried transferring me to business and the rep in business told him they were not going to help me and disconnected from him. When he tried calling back they again wouldn’t help. This wasn't the first time this happened to me. I've tried just calling them and the calls just kept getting dropped. I thought there was an issue with the connection but now I believe the reps were just choosing not to take calls.

Save you time and money
Please please dont waste your time and money. No customer service. Keeps sending you round in circles. Use Yodel as a delivery partner. They are even worse. No one came or tried delivering but made it out i wasnt home. I have cctv to confirm this. Amazon send you round in circles when trying to chat to an agent. Yodel g yodel ahould just close down
Amazon Business Is an Absolute Joke
I spent $375 on a bag that NEVER showed up, and after hours and hours of trying to get help, all I got was transferred from one useless agent to another. None of them are even in this country, and not one person cared enough to actually help. They just keep throwing you back in line like your time means nothing.
I had to explain myself 50 times, and every single time, I got the same scripted nonsense. Then they refused to honor their own A-to-Z Guarantee they brag about when you sign up. Instead, they told me to file a police report and start emailing people — seriously? I paid through Amazon, not some random scam website.
After wasting an entire day talking to people who clearly couldn’t be bothered, I’m done. I’ll be doing a chargeback with my card company because Amazon Business is a complete waste of time and money. Their customer service is pathetic, careless, and downright insulting.

I was scammed by some amazon rep that came to help me sign up for Amazon business and promised me a $100 gift card if I spend $140. It was already difficult to find $140 worth of stuff, but I thought it would be worth it for the $100 so i managed. It was sooooo not worth it. Now I have to find $100 worth of amazon sold and fulfilled items. It is just impossible. Amazon items actually suck. Good thing other people sell on here!!!!!

Siamo clienti Amazon da anni e abbiamo deciso di aprire Amazon business per far si che mia moglie potesse scaricare il materiale che utilizza nel suo studio ma ad oggi, dopo 2 mesi, non siamo riusciti ad aprire l’account. Abbiamo parlato con un’operatrice che ha risposto dall’Egitto, parlando male l’italiano, dicendo che era normale e dovevamo aspettare 3 giorni ed eventualmente richiamare se avessimo avuto problemi. L’account è ancora in stand by e non esiste più la possibilità di contattarli né telefonicamente né via email . È pazzesco. Che vergogna
The worst experience of ever talking about online purchai
Buon giorno,
ho ordinato un prodotto che al momento dell'acquisto esponeva un prezzo pari a 134 euro senza indicazioni del fatto che includesse o meno l'iva.
Nella email di conferma dell'ordine hanno. confermato lo stesso prezzo pari a 134. Successivamente nella email di avvenuta spedizione hanno indicato un prezzo dell'articolo pari a 175 euro (importo effettivamente addebitato).
In seguito alle segnalazioni da me effettuate ho ricevuto in risposta che amazon business per venditori stranieri non riesce a calcolare il prezzo finale d'aquisto e che questo viene esplicitato non con la conferma dell'ordine ma solo con la email di avvenuta spedizione.
Ho fatto notare che sul loro sito c'è esplicitato che: " prima di confermare il tuo ordine, potrai verificare il prezzo finale comprensivo dell'iva applicabile del paese di destinazione".
Nulla è servito a far ragionare gli operatori. Quindi mi è stato attribuito un prezzo finale maggiorato rispetto a quello accettano al momento dell'acquisto.
Non ho mai avuto problemi con amazon e nè con amazon business negli ultimi 15 anni e sebbene io faccio molti ordini on-line e sono un cliente affidabile loro hanno preferito operare in questo modo. Ribadisco che al momento dell'acquisto e sulla email di conferma ordine così come sulla email di avvenuta spedizione nessun prezzo viene indicato come "comprensivo" o " non comprensivo di iva". Questo è sicuramente un problema comunicativo. Il loro dirigente mi ha detto che per venditori extra- EU che non registrano tutti i loro dati possono esser causa di variazioni dei prezzi in base all'iva applicabile. Ho risposto che loro come intermediari hanno il dovere di controllare i venditori e se non posso garantire lo standard dei servizi offerti allora dovrebbero escludere tali venditori. Nulla. Amazon hai perso un altro cliente
Amazon Business customer service is PATHETIC!!
Amazon Business customer service is horrible! I signed up a month ago and yesterday received my first invoice. I called Amazon Business to find out whether I could etransfer payment and/or what my other options were. Almost an hour later, I still didn't have an answer. They kept transferring me from one person to another and most of them couldn't speak English properly. One of the reps decided he didn't want to deal with me, so he put me back in queue. I finally spoke with a supervisor who transferred me, as well. I just gave up!!!!! Very negative experience compared to the usual amazing service I get with my personal account!

Why is the business version so rubbish compared to regular mainstream Amazon experience? Why do I have to fill out a form with useless details about my Company and no.of employees when I have a simple issue with an order? Why do I have to wait 2 days for an email response? This is 2025 right and real time chats are normal everywhere else? Most of the time no issue but when a problem does arise, you then realise how poor their service is! So high risk and limit what you spend!

I wish I’d seen these reviews before opening my account with them. Painful, diabolical experience. My order has been lost in transit- they told me that themselves. I have to go through 7 cicles of hell to get my refund!! Fill out some reports on their behalf, wait on hold for hours, answer ridiculous questions for the billionth time! I’ve never seen anything like this! Even with Hermes / evri have a better customer care policies, and that says something. Closing my account, not worth my time, money, stress..! They have no idea what customer service means- they take your money, mess you around and keep you waiting for the item that they already know has been lost (stolen!) and then they have a joke at your expense by not refunding your money or making it almost impossible! I just don’t understand the insensitive behind this behaviour and business destroying policies- do they hate their customers??
Their customer service reps have blocked my email address and put the phone down in response to my demanding refund for the order that they have lost in transit!! Is this legal???

Been bombarded with emails and calls to activate Prime and compare prices between business and personal amazon. Activated the Prime and absolutely no difference. After that, the emails and calls stopped and the my emails was completely ignored. Just scammers……

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with they run you around in circles promised on email proof of 40% off first purchase then would give it to me when set business account up they just don’t want to know on phone or chat and keep passing you over to someone else normal amazon bend over backwards but business is totally opposite stay away from this scam amazon
