Till now stable connection and best

The customer service officer's headphones and microphone are of poor quality. They can't hear our sound and we can't hear there's sound... .. শুধু ভডভড সাউন্ড,,,

We have been using their service for sometimes. One of the worst ISP of the country. Their speed remains too slow most of the time despite of having a dedicated connection. They charges a lot, but their service quality is too poor. Even if you complain, they will not take any care.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Amberit internet connection is very poor. Often the internet connection got disconnected. Also technical support is so poor they could not resolve the issues. I strongly recommended not to use AmberIT internet.

আমি ঝালকাঠি থেকে বলছি।আমার আইডি নাম্বার ২০৬৫৭৭। অনেক দিন ধরে স্লো পাচ্ছি। ফোন করলে ঠিকই স্পিড দেয়।আবার যেই লাউ সেই কদু। স্পিড নিয়ে আমি মোটেও খুশি নাহ। অ্যাম্বার আইটি কর্তৃপক্ষ যেন এই বিষয় সিরিয়াসলি ভাবে দেখে। আগে চালাতাম ইউরেটেল ।ইউরেটেল খারাপ সার্ভিস দেয়ায় আমি অ্যাম্বার আইটি বেছে নিই।এখানে এসেও আমি ঝামেলা দেখি। আমার উক্ত আইডি টা দেখবেন এটা আশা করি।

bandwidth is not supported over all internet route at same.
they have pooorest suuport call and followup.
they will not note your problem and will forget your problem the next day. you will have to detail all info again on the next day call.

This service is good according to what I saw everywhere online. But the reality is the opposite. After taking the 10 Mbps service, I found that Play Store is 5 Mbps and all other applications are 1 Mbps maximum. Play store sometimes gives such bad service, I don't want more than 500 kb. And the latency is not to mention so much so bad. I hereby request them to fix this issue as soon as possible.

How a well-known ISP can be one of the worst ISPs, Amber is the perfect example of that. I've been using their service for 4 years and it was perfect till 2022.
