Complete absence of customer service. Never ever again!

Ordered a couch. It's been almost a month and I still have no furniture. Customer service is horrible. Told me it was stuck at Port and told me sometime after the 20th it would be shipped but no real date or time expectancy.

The manager helped us meet a deadline and made a special trip to deliver our items on time.

AMB furniture is one of the worst sites I have ever dealt with! I order from cymax, ebay and walmart and sears online for furniture and appliances usually and this is the first and LAST time I will ever order from AMB's Site. They do not answer the phone line all the time, they have a slow response time to emails, they are not professional as they raised their voice at me when I called about the defective table I purchased. Take my advice, you don't want the headache! They sell items that are defective so I assume they buy refurbished and returned items and sell at a high price. I purchased my table for 1,300 dollars and it was not worth it. They are con artists and there is no way to fight them because they don't solve your issue!!

I just want to say I'm so pleased with my dining table and hutch. I've been looking for this set for awhile online and I finally found this set on ambfurniture at such a great price. Thanks so much for a beautiful set.

I recently purchased online, a chandelier lamp from AMB, for my bedroom nightstand. In the picture the crystals on the lamp appear clear. However, when I received the lamp, the crystals were purple. Not a tint of purple, as suggested by Tony, in their store. I called the store to inquire about sending it back, and was given the worst customer service of my life! Tony was rude and argumentative. He stated that in the picture you could see a tint of purple, and that this is the only color it comes in and that I should have looked closer at the picture. I did, my husband did and a friend did. The picture does not show a "tint of purple". The picture is deceiving! And the item description should state that it is purple! Anyhow, Tony went on to say they would refund the lamp if I paid to ship it back. That's unacceptable. The cost of shipping is the same as the lamp itself. Lesson learned. I will not order from AMB furniture again!

Family owned business--Mike was awesome!!! I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews of this company. I ordered my table set from them and their customer service was excellent and the product I receive is beautiful and sturdy! Very happy with my purchase and I am glad that I gave this company a chance despite all the negative reviews.

I just got my sectional sofa and I'm very pleased with the quality. I have been looking for awhile and found this site to have the best price. The shipping took a few weeks but that was expected and well worth the wait. I just want to thank you again.

Worst company I have ever come in contact with. Bought a table and chairs. Cost me $232.48 to have it brought to my home. Dropped it at the door and told me to put it together. Opened the boxes and found Material with holes in it and big black glue spots on the chairs. Told them I wanted my money back and to come get it. They told me if I wanted to return it I would have to bring it to them. My husband had to take the day off of work to help me load it up and take it back to them. Told them I would be there the next day and to my surprise they were closed except for one of the guys in the back. He took it back and gave me a receipt for the return. Still fighting them for a refund. When I talked with them about it they told me I got what I paid for:(. Really.............This is the kind of service you will get from this place. And the quality of the product well let me say I could drive around and find better furniture that someone kicked to the curb for trash pickup.

I searched all over my city for a counter high dining room table and could not find one. So I decided to look on-line and found the perfect on at AMB furniture, or so I thought. I got the set home and found that 3 of the chairs have a 1/2 inch gap from the bottom of the leg and the floor. I put it on the table and still there was the gap. I contacted AMB about the gap. At first they were cooperative until I asked them if they would reimburse me for having to send the chairs back because it was at no fault of my own that they were defective. That's when all communication stopped. It have been almost a year that I bought that set. I have taken then to court and they did not show up. Now I'm just trying to get my money back and I have to find 4 matching chairs. To those who buy from them make sure that you live in Ca so if you have to return them you can just go to the store. Anywhere else you might have a problem. Buyers beware of AMB furniture and Design. You would think that they would stand by their product, but there are always shady people in the world!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, SENT US POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND DAMGED STUFF, NOT TAKING BACK AND REFUSED TO TAKE BACK WHEN ASKED TO TAKE BACK AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. NOW NO WHERE TO SEEN, AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES.

Recently received my order from them and had an excellent customer service person on the phone who assisted me in finding just the right item, i bought directly from their site but they found another item that they thought i would like better and they were correct when it was delivered it was better then i thought, great customer service.

It was my first time buying online, and it was very easy. Ambfurniture.com answered all of my questions and concerns. I received my sofa set in perfect condition. Thank you soooo much:) Karen
