Ambience Hardwood Flooring Opiniones

The staff were very helpful throughout the ordering process and I received exactly what I required. There was an issue with the delivery not arriving when the transport company said it would, but that was very quickly resolved by Ambience - very good service

Good quality products, arrived quickly. Helpful in the online chat about wood colours.

Excellent service.

The product, price and service were excellent, however delivery using Evri was painful and slow.

A great product with excellent quality

only purchased two (both different) oak door thresholds, I struggled to find the product in the length I required (1800mm), majority of local suppliers only had 900mm.
Although expensive, items supplied were of good quality, fitted well and look good.

I am really pleased with the excellent product as it look fantastic. Two of the packets was damaged on their ends but these were hidden when laying them down on the bedroom floor so no issues.

Good service, prompt delivery and communication.

very helpful, great advice, plenty of choice and speedy delivery service and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend Ambience!

Always a top quality experience with helpful advice too.

Very helpful, prompt and the materials were good quality. Thank you

Fair price and very prompt delivery with good communication.

Fantastic quality product delivered on the date requested. Highly recommended, would definitely use again

The service I received was excellent, the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Ambience Hardware Flooring were one of the few places that sell the product I needed. They provided next day delivery, at a reasonable cost, no delivery and well packaged. Great job....thank you.

The product arrived in good time but both containers of the wood adhesive had a thick coat on top and were therefore not easy to use, plus, this also resulted in about 10% of unusable product, which meant I had to buy a further tub of adhesive (this time from another manufacturer).

Questions were answered before I bought and the item arrived very well packed and on the day promised.

Pre sale support was good, delivery and solid oak flooring both excellent and very good value

I chose vintage Arizona oak, a 220mm wide board and love it. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff , lots to choose from and large exhibition pieces on show so you get an idea of what it’s going to look like. Recommend fitters and mine was amazing, fabulous job. A couple of queries were dealt with amazingly quickly and felt well looked after at all times. Totally recommend this company
