Tuff Fitty Triathlon Club were delighted to make use of their services for our annual Frosty Aquathlon.
Prompt, professional, well prepared, previously briefed on requirements and expectations.
Fortunately we did not have to make use of their skills, but they were well equipped for all eventualities.

Wayne and his colleague helped us out at the last minute due to another provider having to let us down. The communication was great, they worked with our events team throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service, and provides such great peace of mind to have them at our events.

My allocated ESMES team member was great. She was fully engaged in the brief for the day and stayed involved the whole day, even though fortunately we did not have any first aid or treatment needs.

Booking was quick and straightforward. The mobile vehicle arrived at our event as planned, and the medic spent the day interacting positively with volunteers stewarding at the event while observing and being alert for any incident. Luckily no medical incident occurred but we were totally reassured with the professionalism and polite, cheery and very patient medic. Thank you.

Wayne was very prompt and helpful when contacting him regarding cover. he was very understanding with my poor IT skills and need to change the date of cover.
Babs, who attended our event arrived on time. she came and introduced herself and was very smartly dressed. luckily we did not need her services! she attended in a marked car so was very visible and interacted with our team of volunteers.
would thoroughly recommend, and will be using them at future events.

I learnt a lot from Josie in a short space of time and she broke everything down into small parts that I could follow, I was on my first ever first aid course. Josie has also helped me find out more about baby first aid training

East Sussex Medical Events Service are absolutely fantastic. At short notice they came to my rescues at my horse show to raise money for the Air Ambulance.
Even when we had a fall without hesitation they were in the arena.
Definitely going to book them next year once I have a date.
