Worst customer service ever. Spent 200 pounds and never got a shirt cleaned- I am making a full complaint about them for fraud but don’t waste your time. I think I got three white hair dealing with them

THE BEST STAFF IS IN KINGS ROAD
I am very happy with the 130 Kings Road branch. It was that brilliant Faye - unfortunately she passed away- who made me a loyal customer of this branch.
Thankfully, the new Sonia has successfully replaced her. So friendly, polite and always with a smile, she serves you - and the brand- in the best way, hence a lot of old customers are still here, loyal too. I do hope she will be in this branch for a very long time - along with the brilliant Soghra, the specialist in alterations - to keep all us the loyal customers in this branch.

The Kings Road Branch is truly exceptional because the love and care of Finola. She knows me and my family so well, remembers our names and exactly what we brought in. She cares! and nowadays that is pretty exceptional... The cleaning service is also good and the seamstress Soghra is a real dress maker; always ready to help and find a creative solution to challenges. They make me happy.

NEVER REPEAT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
I cannot put into words how upset and angry this company has made me. 1st they charged me £100 to dry clean two of my very expensive coats, one of which had a belt. I took all my items home and found notes inside telling me that they couldn’t clean either coat properly and when I looked for the belt it was missing. The coat was £700 so this was incredibly stressful but I thought I would maybe be offered some compensation, but no, I was told that it was my fault for not checking the items I was offered nothing not even £5 off the dry cleaning. They were rude and accused me of lying. NEVER REPEAT NEVER Take anything remotely precious to the store for dry cleaning as firstly it won’t be cleaned properly and secondly you may only get some of it back. Appalling service.

They'll rip you off, be careful.
Sent loose covers for a 3 seater sofa (all as described on AMC Company web site) to be cleaned but eventually was told the price would be more than double as their price online does not include the seat and back cushions of which there are 4 making a complete sofa. There is no mention that they only clean half your sofa for that price.
Complained and was offered a 20% discount so they would clean the whole sofa (as advertised) and not just the back part below the seat and back cushions.
We reluctantly agreed as we have no sofa currently and see this morning that they have charged us the full amount.
As you can see from their reply today, they completely ignore the premise of my complaint that a 3 seat sofa is exactly that and seat and back cushions should be included in the price advertised and not just half the sofa.
Corrupt, keep away.

I am sorry that you have had reason to complain. It is my understanding that a sofa cover was requested online and that 9 covers were sent with one of them covering a large area. I do apologise if you feel you have been misled and as a result the team offered a discount, as a gesture of goodwill. The number of pieces and the way the cleaning is carried out takes a lot more labour with the finishing process of the textiles all done by hand. We understand our time intensive hand finished textile process is not for everyone. Should you wish to proceed and I am sure the team will endeavour to return your items to you.

Horrific customer service.very rude. all good when things don’t get ruined, the minute they do, no one answering customer service line. Hang ups and fob offs. Deeply dissatisfied. Will be cancelling my membership and going elsewhere. No accountability when they ruin your pieces.

Don't use this company . They just don't take responsibility at all for anything that goes wrong - they completely wrecked my thermal curtains and I didn't even ask them to cover the loss just the cost of the cleaning - they said yes and then a month later sent a long explanation of why the curtains were faulty in the first place ( so why did they agree to clean them then !) basically they are shockingly poor customer Care

Lied to my face then recorded them lying
I dropped off a gucci bag to be cleaned and said i was going on holiday and needed it back within 2 weeks, i was told it will be ready in 10 days and left it with them, i still gave them 2 weeks and when i went in the employee told me that they attempted to clean it and they need more time and will also hand deliver it to my house
2 days later i speak to the same women and she informs me she had been told to lie to us by her supervisor and they had lost the bag, i then had to buy a new bag for the holiday,
When i returned i was told they still haven't found it and that they was trying to contact me… at no point have i had any email/phone call and when recording each conversation i again caught her out lying and she said shes being told by her supervisor to lie, I've asked him to contact me countless times and had no effort to contact me, please AVOID i have recorded these conversations and all they have done is lied and then blame each other please avoid, the only compensation I've been offered is the refund of my bag
Please ignore their response they have lied to me while I've recorded the conversations and wont explain why they tell employees to lie please AVOID!

This company is farcical
This company tried to charge me £160 for a normal service wash with 4 towels and 8 tea towels (my washing machine was broken at the time). When I questioned the price I was then quoted £102. Ludicrous!

THE WORST DRY CLEANING COMPANY
I gave my American Vintage branded cardigan for a Premium care cleaning to their Holland Park Branch.
When I went to collect it, it was hung on a hanger and it was extended/expanded remarkably.
I was shocked to see the my cardigan like that the same cardigan cleaned by another American Dry Cleaning last year as well, and it was all good. And it was a standar cleaning service.
I was in touch with the customer service for almist 5 months as they are very sporadic in replying. And Sanjeev from the company advised that they are not responsible for any harm that has been given to the product and they do not guarantee this.
