The purchase of a property and sale of my own property was not a straight forward process and Claire and her team (Nicola) were always at the end of the phone and always communicated with the whole of the chain. They made a very stressful situation much easier as I trusted the fact that they would be doing everything behind the scenes that they could, their hard work meant we could move into our property when everything seemed to be against us. Neelam Trinkha did our very complex and tricky lease extension on our flat. She was relentless in getting the right documents, the right wording, chasing up and pursuing other parties involved. Honestly, with the complexities, freeholder and processes they navigated means I have nothing but good words for them, I doubt most would have got it through.
