Under recommendation from my estate agent i used this solicitors. It was very easy to instruct them and they simply got on with the job which meant i was ready for exchange long before buyers solicitors. Questions from buyers solicitors were passed to me on the day and answered on the day so no respite for buyers to drag their feet. This was a probate sale and could not have been handled better, my Mum would have been very impressed. The ladies here each performed their job excellently with great customer focused. Although i did not have to speak to them much which showed they just got on with it!

The team dealing with our case (Claire Pays) were efficient, responsive and professional at all times. Despite hearing many negative stories regarding conveyancing solicitors, not once were we disappointed with the service we received. I would recommend anyone to use their services. Excellent work.

The team we clear about the process and fees from the start, which was great as it was the first time we’d done our Wills. She listened to what we wanted and spent time going through our options. She didn't rush us as she took her time notating our wishes.
