I’m ordering one soon
I haven’t ordered one yet as I’m just saving up and waiting for my new bike to be delivered but I am definitely going to be ordering the 72v 40ah battery with the 5000w motor kit, from what I’ve seen with the reviews all the negative reviews have been when the company was first starting and all the good reviews have been when the company has grown I’m planning on making little riding videos so I will be sure to let people know where I get the conversion kit from honestly keep up the amazing work lads and I look forward to getting one, from what I’ve seen it’s amazing products for dirt cheap compared to a brand new one

We'd like readers to have the full picture, because this review leaves out how it actually happened and ended.
First a genuine apology for the delay on our end. At the time you bought from us we were a young business stocking around 50 units monthly.
We've since grown 10X now stocking around 500 units a month with far faster and more reliable fulfilment with our own in-house and 3PL structure.
On the refund when you decided to return the kit we accepted it refunded you in full directly from our business account. Due to personal struggle of being a minor, you had essentially begged for our sympathy to refund before the chargeback was finalised.
After refunding you manually, your bank processed a chargeback for the same order so you effectively got paid back twice.
Manual refund went through and chargeback was successful, we attempted to email you regarding the double refund which you had disappeared and attempted to fraudulently keep. Any police involvement were during your attempt to ghost us to keep both payments, you've essentially failed to keep both refunds and was extremely disappointed.
Not to mention any abusive, aggressive, emotional behaviour was dominantly from your end as we acted professional and gave you our sympathy. It is disappointing that we received a 1-star review on top of your social media attempts to flood our pages with negative comments daily for over 60 days. I admit I was quite impressed with the spare time you had.
We do feel quite sorry for you as the picture you've painted above with ChatGPT, quite literally represents your personal conduct in the matter. We do wish you get the help you need.

Very Dishonest
I have nothing good to say. They are very dishonest and sneaky, I would stay away!
Even the response to my review they have share on here is completely incorrect, they know how to get around the PayPal complaints department. Again I will say “ very dishonest”.

Upon reviewing your order #11316 for one of our 1500w kit, we apologise one of our shipping partners put a 0.2cm dent in your motor wheel on its way to your residence in South Australia we are willing to take full responsibility.
We accepted your return agreeing that we'd inspect the wheel, while you opened an active paypal case we offered a full refund or replacement after we'd receive and inspect the motor hub.
Unfortunately after opening a paypal case you attempted to keep the motor hub whilst sending us a fake tracking number, this is considered fraudulent activity which paypal had ruled against you and denied your claim after clearly attempting to seek a fraudulent refund.
You currently are still in possession of our motor hub after a failed fraudulent paypal case claim.
We're disappointed a 1-star review was left despite our willingness to resolve the issue. Our offer still stands if the motor hub is returned to us.

Enjoy all the fake 5 star comical reviews under mine, they try their hardest to get the bad ones removed. Ive seen loads of awful reviews disappear over the last few months.

Complete scam. Liars
Shipping time 5 days turned into 7 and half weeks.
Throttle missing, never received one.
Charger fan didn't work on arrival, nearly burnt the house down. Waited months for a new one.
Kit would work for 5 minutes then over heat and burn you if you touched it.
You were lucky to get 10kmph out of it.
Problem happened in January and 77 emails later and still no working bike.
Bike shops wont touch it because they are unsafe cheap parts and end up giving the customer a box of scrap back.
Don't believe a word that's written on the website, all lies
I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company.
Save your money and sanity and avoid getting your house burnt down by faulty cheap rubbish.

We're sorry this has been a frustrating experience, and we'd like to set out what's happened.
Your kit developed a fault within the warranty period and we handled it as a warranty claim at no charge to you. During the claim we replaced your charger and motor core after the fault was assessed we had a brand-new replacement produced.
We sent you out a new motor core, simply all was needed is a screw driver and to follow our video instructions it was a 5-minute fix but you kept refusing to do this and demanded an entirely new motor wheel.

These guys were terrible. First off, from the 2 times I bought from them, they claimed 30 day shipping, and it took over 2 months for the products to arrive. Second, when I purchased a battery from them, they said that they would include a $60 throttle with the order, but when I contacted them about how they didn't include the throttle, they only offered a $30 refund. When I told them about my terrible experience with them, they replied saying that they will no longer reply to my emails as they found my feedback "abusive", which is unacceptable for a company, as feedback is crucial. I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this company.

Shipping: your order appears to have been placed on our sea freight option, which has a delivery window of 30–45 business days not 30 days.
