Returning an incorrect product

own your mistakes - if your flyer advertises a product and clicking on that products generates an order and the incorrect product is shipped. Own it!! 25% restocking fee for your error does not make sense. Nor does me covering shipping. Again - own your mistakes!!

Very helpful

I needed a new
fan motor for my parents range hood. The online rep was able to look up the model # and give me a current replacement part #.
I simply went to the local Amre Supply in Windsor ,gave them the part # and I was on my way.
I like this arrangement better than buying it online as you never know if the replacement part doesn't fit then it's such a hassle to send it back.

Very very very DISAPPOINTED with Amre's service

I ordered a Lower rack unit for my Whirlpool dishwasher online with Amre Supply on March 15 2021, and paid for it by credit card, and I specified that I would pick up the part at the local Amre Supply store.

I followed up with Amre 2 weeks later, and the employee who answered said that the part was still sitting in the warehouse , and , because it was an online order with customer pickup, the part WOULD NOT be shipped until the customer called in to the local store. But nothing was ever said about this policy on their website. STRIKE ONE!!

The employee then sent a "Transfer slip" to their Mississauga warehouse which had 3 of the units to ship the part to Edmonton. This was supposedly done on March 27th (2 weeks after my online order). And I was informed that it was shipped on March 30, with an Estimated Time of Arrival on April 20th.

I called again on April 20 to find out where the part was. I got the ROYAL RUN AROUND!!. The part was not at the Edmonton warehouse. There was no tracking number for locating it.

I called again on April 26. Where is the part? The representative gave me a bunch of conflicting BS information...she said the part wouldn't be shipped from Mississauga until there was a transfer fee of $12.75 paid by the customer before it could be shipped.. Then she checked and said "Yes, there was a transfer slip made out on March 27 by K....ina.." When I asked her to track where the part was on the route from Mississauga to Edmonton, she did not have a clue, since there was no tracking number.

She didn't even know if the part had even been shipped.

I called again on April 27. New representative..same old "Nobody knows anything".

This is the most infuriating and lousy system I have ever encountered for ordering anything on line. I've asked for a refund, and she told me it was going to take about two weeks before I would see my refund.

Knowing first hand how decrepit and incompetent their system is , for nobody knowing anything about a simple order, I won't hold my breath. But I will keep calling them every day until I get my full refund back.

Best Service

I ordered a part for a Bosch Ice Maker for a 12yr old appliance. I got the best price and fastest delivery. It was easy to order online and I would highly recommend.
