My palette arrived shattered but I swear, less than 10 minutes after I sent my email they had a replacement on the way to me! EASILY the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! I usually order their products through Ulta, but I'll be buying directly through ABH from now on!

First & foremost my order came within days of being placed during Black Friday sales so I was excited when it arrived. Everything in the first box arrived perfect no issues at all however the second one came with a damaged palette. I reached out to customer service this morning & within an hour I received an amazing resolution & a new palette on the way. This is how customer service should handle things.

I already knew I loved the brush I ordered, which is why I ordered 3 more recently. (If you need great small buffing brush, pro brush A30 is THEE best!!!)

The 2nd best thing about this order was that it took 3 days to get to me from the time I ordered. I was shocked, the only orders I ever receive that quickly are Amazon. I didn't have to pay for expedited shipping either.
Will certainly be ordering straight from ABH instead of Sephora or Ulta.

I had a hard time finding a beautiful highlighter and blush, but i found it. It also stays on my face an entire day.

I recently came across Anastasia beverly hills makeup. Ever since. I have been hooked. It's a plus since it's vegan!! One of my eyeshadow pallets came in damaged. Which I could tell it was the fault from fed ex. Very quickly I contacted Anastasia beverly hills, that's when they sent out a replacement right away! They are so kind!! I ❤️ their company

This was recommended to me by a friend, and while I wanted to love it, it didn't work at all for me. It turned my light brown/dark blonde eyebrows an ashy shade of chalk, and left them looking flaky and fuzzy. I watched tutorials, troubleshot with my friend, but couldn't make this work. I was glad there was a refund/return policy in place, but unfortunately it has not been honored. I shipped the product back using the USPS label they included, and have USPS tracking showing it completed its journey. I've contacted customer service several times, and they have given me extensive run-around about the USPS tracking switching over to FedEx and still out for return after two months. Although it's clear that the return is in the system and potentially lost, apparently that's my problem and is coming out of my pocket. Honestly wish I'd never come across this product—or company.

UPDATE: I've contacted this company 6 times since August 15th. They only responded positively on Aug. 16th after I wrote this review, and promised to refund my purchase in 3-10 business days. It's now been 1.5 months later and I've been promised that same refund a total of 3 times and yet still no refund. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worst concealer ever. It creases after 1 minute, you have to retouch it all the time. It’s absolutely terrible. The worst I’ve ever had. Waist of money.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service. Both times in a row my pallets came broken well both times they are being replaced and right away. I am very pleased with how fast they respond and how quick to fix the problem. Thank you!!!

I received a product that was damaged and the customer service team helped me with my problem. They were very prompt and resolved my problem quickly! I have used their products before and love them. It is even more reassuring that I’m spending my money with a good company based on my recent experience with customer service.

This was a very smooth and pleasant experience. The package arrived super fast :) and I had no customs or taxes issues at all. In the past, I have had bad experiences with e-global which is the international partner of many Companies to clear taxes and duties, but this is working very well with Anastasia.
All in all, I can recommend. I received all my products on time and without any issues.

I received a Primrose Palette as a Christmas gift and two of the shadows were broken. I reached out to Customer Service and they were very helpful, a replacement is on its way to me. I appreciated the quick responses and willingness they had to resolve the situation easily for me. I also love ABH products in general - highly recommend!

After months of waiting for a decent discount on the ABH Soft Glam palette, I figured it would never happen. However, paying 57 euro's for it was a bit of a leap from my usual budget. Thus, I ventured online and ended up on the ABH website, where it was offered at 43 euro's, including vat and customs costs. Spending 7 euro's more warranted free express delivery as well. So hell, I went on a splurge. Considering I live in the Netherland, and ABH gets shipped from the US, I figured it would turn up in a week or two, but with the price and what I saved (just to buy more, lmao) I was willing to sit that out. Much to my surprise, DHL stood at my doorstep today, a little over 60 hours after I ordered it. In-freaking-sanely quick. Everything I ordered was there, in one piece and neatly packaged. 10/10, definitely prefer ordering here, and will make my next purchase through the ABH website, too.

I ordered twice, each time the very appreciated eyeshadow palettes, during Black Friday and short befreundet Christmas. They arrived in perfect condition, the express delivery promise was absolutely fulfilled (10 days from Memphis, US to Germany). I can only recommend the products I ordered which were Norvina Palette Vol. 3+5, Soft Glam and the new Primrose Palette.

I ordered 5 make up pallettes for Christmas gifts. On Christmas morning we discovered 2 arrived very broken. Customer service said they would send replacements. Chelsea who also wrote a review below me said she received her replacement pallettes in 2 hrs!!! 2 days later I am hopeful mine will be shipped soon.

I have purchased a lot from Anastasia and the quality is excellent.
I recently placed an order where a few of the eyeshadows arrived damaged. I emailed them with photos of the damaged products and they sent replacements in the post straight away.
Excellent customer service and excellent products.
