Top service. Just had my IPhone battery changed. Turned up at my work (on time) and only took 20 mins. highly recommended !!!!!

Fast and prompt service, came to my house and with 20 minutes my iPhone had a new battery and was working perfectly. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

This service is great! Andre found a suitable time within days and came to my house to complete the repair which was done to an excellent standard! Really professional and helpful.

Contacted Andre on the Tuesday, he came out to my work on the Thursday and replaced my phone battery in 20 mins, start to finish. Great job. Very polite and professional guy who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a second ;-)

What a great guy! He helped me mend an iPhone (remotely) when my husband had been into the Apple shop and they’d told him to throw it into the bin! We now have precious photos and contacts and messages that we thought had been lost! I’d recommend him to anyone!

Used Andre to repair a cracked Ipad screen, he turned up promptly and was very polite, repair was carried out and Ipad was handed back, I quickly viewed the screen which looked good, paid Cash as requested and presumed everything was ok, it wasn't until around 4 hrs later when I came to use the Ipad it wouldn't turn on, phoned Andre immediately and managed to get it to start up but then battery failed and it wouldn't charge, he agreed to have a look the next day, after checking it again he was unable to fix the issue and I was told it must have had a previous problem and he couldn't do anything about it, "This was Definitely not the case !", he also dropped the Ipad and cracked the screen again, I did receive a refund but have had a perfectly working Ipad made useless, it's the fact that he is unwilling to help further and advised me to take it elsewhere at my cost that is wrong !, when I pay for a service I don't expect to be told "sorry nothing I can do", it does not state anywhere on his website or Facebook page that after repairs there is a chance your device will be permanently dead, not a happy customer at all, I would advise everyone to avoid this company

I contacted in the morning and received a response immediately and Andre continued to help me over WhatsApp throughout the day and managed to solve my problem that same day saving me £200! I am extremely grateful. Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely be recommending.

Used Andre a couple of times now for different Apple items and both times have been fairly priced great communication and products worked good as new after both with warranty’s provided, a nice man an great service I highly recommend! Thank you

Emailed Andre for a quote to fix my iPad, gave me my quote and offered some free advice to fix my iPad myself for free, clearly not just in it for the money, he’s a great guy and would highly recommend

Booked appointment, turned up on time,
Repaired my daughters iPhone charger port after she spilt Nail glue all over it, even fitted a screen protector i supplied.
Will definitely use again and Will recommend to friends and family when needed.

Well! What can I say. It takes a lot to impress me.
There was an issue with communication by email.
Andre contacted me immediately by text. The problem was resolved instantly.
He arranged for someone to look at my battery for my ipad as it is still under warranty.

I am amazed and incredibly grateful that the art of communication and customer service is not dead.

I want to say a very special thank you Andre and his team.

Paid £250 to have my iPad screen replaced just over a year ago. Assumed it was a genuine Apple screen for the price. 1 week after warranty was up the screen failed with fuzzy dark lines, took it to Apple who plugged it in and told me it was a cheap after market replacement with no True Tone. Not impressed and can’t even get a free replacement as the warranty is up.

Called them in the morning and by 1:30pm I had a fully fixed screen, much cheaper than the Apple Store service and comes with a warranty. They also come to your house and fix it within half an hour in their van. Amazing service! Highly recommend.

My iphone stopped charging and Andre visited my home and replaced the charging port with a new one. Friendly and reliable service without having to leave my own home. Price was great too.
