Terrible customer service. I ordered a part for my Berkefeld unit over the phone after asking for information on a replacement part. I was assured that a confirmation email would follow. In spite of contacting them repeatedly, and being promised that the email was on the way, there has been no confirmation email forthcoming.
They have taken my payment, but there is no evidence of my order.

Sometimes the water flows through the tap, sometimes it doesn't (yes, the bottom section is full of water). I wrote to the company and they suggested I take everything apart and put it back together. I did that, no improvement. Wrote again, and again. Never heard back from them. So it's become a tedious kitchen feature rather than a treasured filter.
Other than that the filter works well and delivery was smooth.

Ordered a filter, installed it and the flow rate is very slow. Contacted them about this and no response. Quality is poor. Have to buy another elsewhere now.

Hi, so i have brought the filter replacement from Andrew's Water Treatment Ltd, they posted , i have received. Opened the order and found completely different filter replacement, contacted the seller, and they told me that this item is the same, just different design, but i noticed that it is different part number. Searched by the part number and found out that this part is £30 cheaper than what I have ordered. Contacted the seller again, and they confirmed that they posted cheaper alternative, because they out of stock. I wanted to return it and get the full refund, but they refused to provide the returnt label, because they haven't done anything wrong, it is me who wants to return it. Reported to the customer helpline, and they confirmed that is was breach of contract. Never going to use them again, not recommend to anyone else.
