Absolute rip-off fees
I was considering using this company to consolidate my debts and pay a single monthly payment to them to cover all my debts but after going through the forms on their website and just before I signed the agreement I thought there has been no information shown regarding what they charged (which to me is a bit underhanded)
So I rang them, my debt repayments had been calculated to around £75 a month when I asked how much I would be charged they said roughly 50% of that that's A LOT of money just to have them make payments on your behalf, I understand they have to contact all your creditors and deal with that aspect of the account but once they've done that once & have your account fully setup it's pretty much automated for them providing you make the payments every month. I think anyone using this type of company who are charging this sort of percentage needs their head looking it's ridiculous to effectively double the debt you're already in. I know it's hassle sorting debt out if you have several debtors but for the sake of spending a few hours of your time you would be saving thousands of pounds. The only reason I was going to use them is I have several critical health issues which make it hard for me to do that but I'm willing to even with my health making it difficult, anyone else who is able to do it then you really need to think hard about using such a company and putting yourself into even more debt
*response to your comments, it's irrelevant whether you reduce the fee after a period or not your initial fees for handling a handful of creditors is absolutely astronomical it's pure greed I don't care how nice toy are and how caring you are toured in it to make as much money off people already struggling as you can. Your overheads I imagine are a fraction of what you're charging your customers I bet the MD or board are on six figure salaries!

Being transparent about our fees is something we take very seriously as we would never want to mislead our customers.
I can see with your case, you accessed our online portal in which the fee structure was displayed. We included that there is the option to go to fee free services and that our fees reduce from month 7 onwards as most of the creditor negotiations take place in the initial period. We also explained online that the fees cover the cost of us managing all contact with your creditors, arranging payments and freezing interest on your debts, making payments to them, and providing you with help and support when you need it, as well as getting access to your online account anytime.
We then sent an email to you with confirmation of this, and then reiterated this structure to you when you called on the same day.
I can assure you that the amount we charge is within the guidelines and industry standards and we do carry out regular reviews of our fee structure to ensure this remains the case.
It is also worth noting that we would only look to set customers up on a fee charging Debt Management Plan if we believed this was to be in their best interests, and I can see we did recommend other solutions to you which would allow you to achieve debt freedom in a quicker time frame at a lower cost.

I joined Angel Advance when I was at my lowest point, drowning in debt I was stupid enough to take out when I was younger. I instantly felt at ease and a massive weight lifted. They were supportive throughout my years with them, adjusted payments where needed and made a pretty stressful time a lot easier.
This year I was fortunate enough to have saved enough to pay off my debts and my time with AA has come to an end. I'd made a monthly payment to them a couple of days before I settled my
Debts, and they had no problem with refunding my my monthly payment (£200)! And it was back in my bank within 7 days and my account was closed. I would highly recommend them. They were always an email pr phone call away eith no judgement whatsoever.
Its easier said than done, as I have been there myself. But I highly regret getting myself into so much debt but AA honestly made everything so much easier. I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn't found them. So thank you. If I could give 10000 stars I would. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A Very Good Company
I have dealt with Angel Advance for many years, I have just completed my Debt. I must say that this Company has been absolutely amazing with me I cannot put into words really. Very briefly I was in an utter mess with Debt I just didn’t know which way turn so I got in touch with Angel Advance who then explained to me what had to be done to suit my circumstances, I was so relieved when everything had been taken out of my hand, their Staff are so understanding, helpful, kind, very polite and most of all I was not questioned about my Debt other than putting things right for me, they made it possible for me to pay back over a period of time without the Creditor’s speaking to me Angel Advance took on that roll on my behalf. All that I can say is Thankyou so much for the help they have given to me over the years. They are well worth a ring if anyone has this kind of problem.
