I’ve set up the plan but wanted to get in contact with some to ask about what I do about the direct debits set up on the debts I have but recorded no answer via email online message or WhatsApp? I’ve seen some reviews for great customer service so why not now???

Peace of mind from Angel Advance
Speaking about one’s debt can be daunting and, quite frankly, humiliating. To admit that I was struggling was a big step for me, and the first company I spoke to put me through the wringer. The process lasted weeks because they could not get a comprehensive list together at the start of the paperwork needed help with my debt. I ended up in tears through frustration and humiliation after they spoke down to me on more than one occasion. I couldn’t go on with them, so I stopped the application. Then someone told me that Angel Advance was a great company and to try them. Within a morning, an angel called Charlie had applied a breathing space with my creditors. I cannot express the relief in this review alone. The words “breathing space” had a literal effect, and I had the first decent night’s sleep in a long time. I then had the calm headspace to go on to complete a Debt Management application with another equally understanding adviser. I cannot thank Angel Advance enough for being so kind, understanding, and treating me with respect. A great company and would recommend to anyone who is struggling as I was.
