Exceeded expectations and then some
Not only did Angelic Diamonds have the absolutely gorgeous ring of my dreams (my 50th birthday present to myself, a 5 diamond ring) their service is beyond brilliant - from initial enquiries being dealt with promptly, clearly and efficiently, to the transaction being really easy, the dispatch time was also less than I thought, and then when I realised I am an idiot and should NOT have used a paper ring sizer (learn from my mistake, go to any jeweller and get your finger measured properly!) the customer service was exceptional - calmly explaining the resize process, carrying out the size change, and returning it to me - with a perfect fit - so quickly. Really really impressed with everything. Oh and the packaging is brilliant, quality boxes; but also discreet postal packaging for security.

I purchased a lovely ring for my wife,but i did measure her finger incorrectly . We contacted Angelic Diamonds and what great customer service. As the ring was a full Diamond encasement they replaced the ring . That's proper customer care and a big thank-you to all the staff.

Great company! From start to finish the process was great. We had to send the ring back for resizing and this was done within 5 days of sending it back.

Choosing our engagement ring was easier and stress free as there are so many beautiful rings shown online! The ordering process was easy and went through without any problems! Communication was excellent from the company and the ring arrived on time! We will be back for our wedding rings soon!

Had a wonderful experience at angelic diamonds for my engagement ring and our wedding rings. I choose a platinum emerald shape diamond an a plain platinum wedding ring to match which was fitted round my ring,an my husband choose plain gold band. Service was really good a very easy no stress. When we received our rings they were even better seeing them made how we wanted them. I would highly recommend them I will be back next year for my eternity ring.
