Purchased a blue sapphire engagement…
Purchased a blue sapphire engagement ring, being a man I got the wrong size and they resized it with no problems whatsoever. On purchasing the ring which was for my girlfriend’s birthday, which also happens to be 3 days before Christmas, the service from Jane was absolutely amazing. The ring was despatched and arrived in plenty of time , which was pretty good considering the crazy time of year.
As for the ring itself, my good lady was delighted, so that’s the main thing.

Start to finish dealing with Angelic Diamonds was an absolute delight. The website is easy to use and you can call up a variety of images which helps you to make the perfect purchase. After payment you are given a precise date of arrival or the item you have bought and certainly in my case it all went like clockwork. The purchase itself is beautifully presented and also comes with a valuation certificate.

I do love the bracelet it have just…
I do love the bracelet i have just received, it is a little smaller than I thought but it was described as dainty. The diamonds catch the light beautifully but I was disappointed that instead of the lobster catch in the picture it has a small ring clasp and I feel the lobster one would be more robust. However it is beautiful - update - they got back to me and although the clasp is wrong they expected me to pay the postage back to them!! Highly disappointed and such a difference from my first order second update now they did say ( after I queried the post costs) that they can refund it to me so not sure why they didn’t lead with that? However I asked for them to send me a lobster clasp and I will get it fitted myself and they have done this. I want to say the bracelet is very pretty

Please accept our sincere apologies for the initial issue with the clasp on your bracelet. It should have arrived with a lobster clasp, and we regret that this was not the case.
Whenever an error occurs on our part, we of course cover the cost of returning the item. This should have been clearly communicated in our initial email, and I apologise for any confusion caused.

Excellent experience, beautiful quality
I found the ordering process very simple and the the information received about timescales was accurate. The end product was exactly as ordered, and the images on the website naturally did not do justice to quality of what I received. Very happy with the whole experience.

We ordered 3 rings, 2 wedding and one engagement and all 3 are exquisite. We couldn't of asked for better customer service either as we had 2 of the rings resized also without and every enquiry was handled promptly and politely.
