It was first class customer service and I’d in fact Royal Mail at fault not animallife
Royal Mail did not leave a card to say they had attempted delivery

Works well for my horse
Works well for my horse. Only thing I would ask is for refills to be sent differently. I have loads of tubs and scoops not needed. Would prefer to help the planet with less plastic waste

Real help provided
I needed help with signing up for 'subscription ' purchases as use Vetrofen and Vetroflex for both my horses
Having sent an email I was contacted by Sam by phone butI was not able to hold a meaningful conversation at that time We agreed to speak the next day and received an email confirming the same
In that conversation I had the whole system fully explained and was given step by step help to place my order
