I got tickets to the O2 for Liam Gallagher. The Service was fantastic. Excellent communication. Explained it all very thoroughly & quickly & professionally & friendly. The American Express Lounge was also great.

I asked AOK to get me 6 of the hottest tickets around, Club Wembley seats at the recent Taylor Swift concert and they didn't disappoint! Always a worry as an event producer when you are trying to get hold of concert tickets, it is essential to do this with someone you trust and AOK are just a pleasure to work with. Lovely Amanda suggested this would be the tickets on everyone's lips a year ago and the press coverage certainly backed up her claims! We were so grateful to have had a heads up and secure these well in advance and Emily made the whole process super simple and worry free! From start to finish Elle was on hand to help with any questions I had regarding the event I was organising for work. No question was too big or too small. Right up until the morning of the event. AOK Events offered a great hospitality package to take our clients to the French Open at Roland Garros. The process to select our experience was easy and the customer service was excellent. The result was a happy client and a memorable experience. Will consider them again for future client events.

Super efficient and hassle-free booking for premium events. The team (Elle Rainbird and Ross Jackson) are helpful and accommodating, and will try and flex arrangements for you if possible. I have used them on multiple occasions over the last three years.

Went to see Olivia Rodrigo at Birmingham Utilita Arena, Event organisation was fab, staff were really friendly and helpful. Arranged perfectly by AOK.

My wife and I were given the FA Cup semi-final tickets as a present and had no previous experience of Club Wembley. Having located our entrance and level, we were ushered courteously through security and directed to the Taphouse, where we were greeted with smiles and efficient service. Our seats, just to the right of the goal, provided an excellent view and even the tall guys in front of us didn't obscure it. A wonderful experience and we would be very happy to attend future events at this level of hospitality with AOK Events.
