A drop shipping site that Works !!

Good products and an easy to use platform means I can add a multitude of products quite easily. The customer support team are also very good if you have any issues they deal with these and reply quite quickly. The best part is how easy it is to link the aop dropship site to your own website. My only drawback is that if you have multiple platforms you have to create a listing separately for each of your sales channels.

I haven’t received it yet and the fact…

I haven’t received it yet and the fact that the automated system sent me an email asking for a review goes to show you that it’s taking way too long to receive the item. Not only that, but I had a customer service rep trying to pretend they know it’s coming next week and I had to use just some simple logic to call them out for lying to me. I’ve sold for years online and never have I once told a customer, “it’s coming” when the tracking number doesn’t match up with the facts. Rather, I always tell them the truth, a fairly novel idea for most customer service reps apparently.

I am sorry to hear about this, I apologized if this was not explained well to you by our support, please note that orders are shipped from London UK, this will have a Pre Shipment status in USPS until the order reaches on the the USPS end, normally shipping from UK to US takes a week on regular days, but since it was on holiday which is a peak season delays on the shipment is normal, once the order reaches in our US facility it will be handed over to the USPS only time you will see update on the tracking link.

Very Disappointed

The image qualities were very poor and all I received were excuses that made no sense. I have had no problems with past orders and yet two images, taken with different cameras had the exact same pinky tones and low definition

Quality good, timescales can be long

Quality is generally good, but query’s,problems and faults tend to be more difficult to resolve straight away.
Most orders generally shipped around 5 working days.
It would be good to have them shipped much quicker, as my customers tend to want their items within 3-4 days. So it makes it difficult to compete with other companies that ship out in 1-2 days.

Thank you for your feedback, Our processing time is 3-5 business days, during the normal time of the year we can ship order as early as 3 business, but during the 4th quarter of the year numbers of orders are always expected to increase, but as much as possible we try to send out the orders the soonest possible we can which also depends on the volume of orders coming in.

Love this company

Love this company. The 24/7 customer service are brilliant esp Janine and Jade. My customers love the quality of the shirts, hoodies and sweaters. The only downside I’d say is the print quality of the mugs isn’t the best so I use a different company for them but other than that 10/10 😊

As a designer

As a designer, using Print On Demand needs to be seamless. This is not a seamless experience, and heaven forbid you try and get an answer through "Live chat"

Just go somewhere else that doesn't hide charges, and can actually understand basic arithmetic.

The good, the bad, the ugly.

Great for getting you going with generating lots of products. The creation process is also super easy.

What drops the stars, is when products are no longer available, but you only find out 2 days after a customer has ordered the item. This leads to a poor customer experience, which is the exact opposite of what I'm aiming for.

Another negative is that any products you generate for say your Etsy account, cannot be brought in to your ebay account, meaning all those products you've created once, you'll need to do all over again. When you've made 800 products, that is just not something that seems productive to do with your time.

EDIT after AOP reply.
AOP integrates with ETSY and Shopify however if I create a product for my Shopify website, I'd have to recreate it for Etsy, and vice-versa. Products created for Shopify can be linked to the ebay sales channel on Shopify. Regardless of where I'm selling (eBay, Etsy, directly on my Shopify site), we need to be in control of the customer experience. If you are relying on other suppliers products and stock, you should have backup options, or at least good enough communication with suppliers about their stock levels so your AOP products can be updated before purchases are made so that we can continue with the customer experience we are striving for every day.

"as soon as we learned any stocks issues from our APP users order, we send out emails as soon as possible to inform them and offer other alternatives". This is NOT good enough. This IS the problem. You are reactive and not proactive as a company so you wait for stock issues and then let your customers know. The problem is that your customers usually have many customers each themselves.

To be clear, 1 star loss from 5 is down to the stock issue that I beleive can be improved upon with hard work and good communication between suppliers and AOP.

1 more star has been lost for the inability to create 1 product for multiple stores.

If either situation changes, I'll update my score to reflect this.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback, since we are a print on demand, we are only relying on the stocks from the supplier for the blanks, since stocks are fast moving it could be available today but will not by end of the day or tomorrow, as soon as we learned any stocks issues from our APP users order, we send out emails as soon as possible to inform them and offer other alternatives.

As for eBay, as of now we do not integrate yet with eBay, but we will be working on it soon, as of the moment we integrate with Shopify, Etsy and BigCommerce.
