The Apartment Company manages my flat in Bath. Georgie Murray is courteous and efficient and goes out of her way to be helpful. More than just a safe pair of hands.

This apartment block is on a very noisy road from both traffic and late night revellers. This was made worse in our instance as when we arrived the windows were wide open and we had to leave them open for the duration of our stay because the people who had been in the apartment before us obviously smoked (we could still smell it when we turned up at 6pm). When we arrived the girl who came down to see to us had no shoes on and was not sure where our apartment was. We booked the apartment for 3 people and asked how the sofa bed worked but she wasn’t sure (she did come in and try to help us though). Although the apartment was booked for 3 people there were only 2 pieces of every crockery and glassware and 2 pieces of every cutlery. Having said all of that, the apartment was adequately furnished and had everything you needed (it was exactly what it said it was). We will not be booking with them again but it was cheap and I am sure it is perfectly acceptable depending on what you want.
