I wish I could leave 10 stars for Dean and the team at Apex.

We contacted Apex because our top-floor uPVC window wasn’t locking properly and was retaining some water. Other suppliers had given us very expensive quotes, including one suggesting new timber windows for an absurd £4,500, with £2,000 for scaffolding alone — even though we knew scaffolding to our second floor costs around £600. We were also told there was no hope of repairing the window.

When Dean came over, he took the time to carefully and thoroughly inspect the window. Within minutes, he identified that a panel had slipped out of its track, put it back into place, applied some silicone spray, and even showed me how to maintain it properly over time.

What could have turned into a very expensive and unnecessary replacement ended up being a simple, honest fix thanks to Dean’s expertise.

If we ever need any window repairs or servicing again, Apex will absolutely be our first choice.

We recently bought a property and changing the windows was one of our priorities. The job was over three phases and from quotation to installation the process revolved around personal service. The quotation process was very thorough, we assessed a number of different options and have been very happy with the results. The team
were highly responsive and user friendly plus we got to know the owner Paul, who is genuinely interested in making sure his team do the best possible job.

Installer on time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. New door installed cleanly and speedily. Another door needed adjustment: carefully assessed and explained...and fixed!

In 1984 I used Apex to double glaze my house and I was so completely satisfied with all aspects of their work that ever since i have continued to use them for any work required on windows and doors and find their high standards have remained consistent in every way

Made an appointment with me, never turned up. When I emailed them to see whether they are coming or not, nothing happened. Called them and they did NOT even bothered. They wanted to reschedule it, I refused to work with this company as they could not be reliable.

Excellent service again from Apex.Came next day to sort out leaking window and fixed it promptly and professionally thoroughly recommend them to install windows

New double glazing throughout my house.
Positives, easy to order and measuring up within a few days with windows and door ready to fit in less than 6 weeks.
Negatives, fitters are not Apex own tradesmen. Turned up at 7.45am instead of 9am as I was told. Then,after conversations on their phones, left by midday rather than getting my 6 windows fitted as I expected given the job was small.
Same again the following morning but this time continued to fit significantly cracked windows in the lounge. One was 19 inches, the other 23 inches in length and these continued to crack Futher
Despite being assured the fitters had contacted Apex about this, noone called me at all! I was left to call the office and the response was so lacklustre. For 2 weeks my son and I took it in turns to sleep on the sofa to make sure we weren't burgled. I did say this to the people in the office and ... Nothing;
Whilst lax in getting the issue sorted ,apex wanted their money in full before completing the work to my satisfaction
Given this poor experience I cannot recommend to potential customers.

Cannot praise Apex Windows in Luton enough, from start to finish. A slight delay from ordering to install due to Covid but actually shorter than originally advised and they sent regular updates by email. Every member of staff that I spoke to were extremely polite, helpful and friendly and also went above and beyond. All appointments were bang on schedule and there was no hard sell. If you want good, old-fashioned British service, don't go anywhere else.

We had six windows replaced including two bays. Apex were excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and our new windows. The installers were really professional, hard working and friendly. They even fixed our front door. We will recommend.

Excellent service. Whole house windows, doors, patio doors. Very pleased with the fitters. They were polite & very professional. All left very clean & tidy. No damage to sills etc. Would definitely recommend.

Steer clear of this company, very bad windows, had the whole house done and had problems ever since. I was told that the windows that they put in will be better then the old one they removed!! Very cold and a lot more noise, plastic frames that flex and they come and put wedge chocks in if you tell them this, which to me is an inherent problem, because they cam prepared. We have told them a number of times and have been told "it's your word against mine. Further more we have triple glazed in the main bedroom and that has made it worse. We had these windows installed in 2018 and we have had issues from day 1. We are now installing decent windows from a reputable, honest company.

If you are looking for a truly quality product, great service and real value for money, choose Apex. Such a professional service right through from the quotation stage to the fully installed product. Kev was really knowledgeable and helpful about quotations without any of the daft hard sales gimmicks we experienced with other companies. The windows and doors are even better then we expected. The fitters, Matt and Andy, were very skilled and worked really hard. True professionals and really great guys. Top rating across the board.

We had a number of sales people come to the house with quotes for a new door and side window. Apex was the only company with clear prices. No hidden extras discounts that didn't exist. Tim was excellent
he gave us the facts we needed and a written quote. No pressure.
Do not be put off by the fact there is no show room. We went to the factory in Luton to see the doors. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and we are very happy with the work and the product. Also spent £500 less than the second best quote.
I would recommend them and will have them back to replace some of my windows in the future

Overall had a very positive experience with Apex - from the initial appointment, no pressure at all, very professional from start to finish. The actual installation process was very professional as well. Very accommodating, and worked efficiently to put in 29 windows and 3 1/2 days. Andrew, our sales professional, was very knowledgeable and even offered some fantastic solutions to our unique issues. Our install team led by Caleb, was also very professional and just did an outstanding job. Our windows look great! We were very impressed and would strongly recommend this company.

APEX fitted a new front door and have had to call them back 4 times in less than a year and still have problems with it. A complaint letter to the managing director has gone unanswered, telephone calls are not returned and a request to contact me to resolve the outstanding issues have been ignored. All this despite them offering a 10year after sales guarantee. Last time I called them to arrange for them to come back yet again I was told they couldn't give me a date when they would come and when I said this was unacceptable they put the phone down!!!

Apex Windows were recommend to us by a family member, so glad they were recommended. I had several window companies give quotes, what I liked with Apex was they didn't do a sales pitch, they just quoted and there was no pressure, the quote was the cheapest of all my quotes, Tim was who quoted us. They fitted 7 windows and 2 doors in my property, fitters were friendly they were father and son, did a great job and were very tidy, cleaned up after themselves each day, showed me how to work the doors and windows. So pleased with the windows and doors and how they were fitted. There customer service after the products being installed was fantastic. I noticed something with one of the windows, called Apex windows and they just ordered another window and Martin came and fitted it today, very pleasant man and takes pride in his work and went above what he was here to do, very pleased customer would highly recommended Apex windows.

Fantastic service, great price compared to the rest,the fitters were polite and tidy I would 100% Recommend Them.
There sales consultant was great and not pushy a great bloke keep the great work up.

I ordered triple bifold doors for our dining room .They arrived on time ,fitting was done by two fitters who went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the instalation .
