Scam
the trader started to open up multiple boards and discovered that the base needed replaced. I accepted the job of replacing the whole deck eventually.
They started the work, replaced some beams. After they left I discovered they left old beams there adding just some supports.
the lamp posts and electrical cables have not been put back and left still attached to old boards in the garden.
Painting has not been done yet and sealant has not been applied (they said it's been "mixed together with the water and it's not visible but it's there").
the Invoice has not being sent with the full payment sent even though they confirmed the money has been received.
Some boards are moving, chipped and all screwed to the same beam.
When I contacted them when they will come come to complete the work they haven't replied to the sms, email, calls.
