I was charged twice for my apostilles. When I emailed to let them know and request a refund they sent me a form to fill out but never refunded the double charge ($425). I had to cancel the card, have my bank investigate, and reverse the second charge. When I spoke to their customer service they said it was a billing issue and I could try calling but no one answers the phone in that office. Do NOT give them your credit or debit card info.

I've used this service multiple times to obtain FBI fingerprint apostles and marriage certification apostles. While their prices are a bit higher than comparable companies, they are fast, prompt, and quick to respond to all emails. I've used them 5 times over the past few years, and each time they are incredibly professional. My experience with them has always been easy, sending FBI background by PDF or in the case of the marriage certificate, a physical copy.
