I was charged twice, no refund provided
I was charged twice for my apostilles. When I emailed to let them know and request a refund they sent me a form to fill out but never refunded the double charge ($425). I had to cancel the card, have my bank investigate, and reverse the second charge. When I spoke to their customer service they said it was a billing issue and I could try calling but no one answers the phone in that office. Do NOT give them your credit or debit card info.
