I've received incorrect item, but gotten sorted over the phone very fast. The right item was shipped with return label. Everything was quick, simple and handled in professional manner.

Satisfied customer- Malahide

Must of been delivered from the moon.
Website said 3 to 5 working days, the kettle arrived after 14 days. Not sure how that can be acceptable in this day and age. Would never purchase from them again. No email to note the delay.
